Nice quiet place with comfort and hospitality Clean, comfortable, and quiet are three good things to have in a hotel. This is true here. The bed was good, staff was kind, the breakfast was a plus. I would have liked to find a closet to hang my clothes to allow the wrinkles to fall out, but there was not one. the folks were kind and the price was fair. Getting to the main entrances is a bit of a drive around, but the place is worth trying.

Good Location We checked in early. Skyler, the front desk agent, was reading a book when we checked in. It took her a minute to acknowledge us because she was engrossed in her book. She got an attitude with us when we said excuse me can we check in. The location was great. The rooms were great and the breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Great location/ Nice folks The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, lighting is mid-range in the parking lot for safety. Location is great for access from I85 and hotel appears to be well maintained. There is a gas station across the frontage road from the hotel, very convenient The hotel’s entrance is tricky when coming from I85 Northbound, because you have to do a 100 meter sprint across traffic to get to the turn lane. Also, morning walks are dangerous because of no sidewalk on the front road into the hotel.

Poor service Rude breakfast attendent,leaking shower head,hazard on wall,loud guests,questioned me about room availability then turned out not room that was promised.asked for refund like I was told on Monday by home2suite rep after complaining still no refund.Disgraceful.Dont care about customers

Unsafe My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights over Labor Day weekend. The room itself wasn’t terrible but could have used some minor repairs and upkeep - the toilet would run every so often and the toilet seat was loose. The real problem arose when we went to leave. When I went out to get my car I found my car window was smashed and some items and a small amount of cash was missing. Broken glass was all over my kids’ car seats, the back seat, and floor. I suppose the only good thing was that I didn’t leave anything of significant value in my vehicle. The hotel staff were not very helpful or sympathetic, the manager briefly told me he would check the cameras but disappeared shortly after and I didn’t see him again. The employee at the front desk treated us rudely and acted as if this was our fault for having a nice car. They don’t have many cameras in the parking lot and I later found out from the police that there wasn’t any camera covering the spot I was parked. After having the police respond and collect fingerprints, I requested to speak to the manager before I left and was told he would follow up with me. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard anything back. I realize that it is not directly the hotel’s fault that this happened nor are they responsible for fixing the damages, but the least they could have done is offered to provide supplies to clean up the broken glass all over my kids’ car seats, offer an additional night, or discount because of this unfortunate event. My wife was very distraught and had to walk the kids to a Starbucks nearby while I cleaned up the glass with the help of some relatives in the area. Next time we travel to this area we will be staying at a different hotel or Airbnb. Customer service this poor says a lot about a business, and I would caution anyone else with a “nice” car or traveling with a family to steer clear of this hotel.
