Out-standing staff. There are a plethora of reasons I wish to give high marks to this lodging facility. It is conveniently located alongside U.S. 23 with at least a half dozen restaurants within walking distance. A stroll to the heart of Dundee is easily reached by foot as well. The Quality Inn features an in-door pool and there is plenty of park8ng space. The rooms are clean and all features work. A staff member, Jen, working the front desk was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Great Hotel for the price. This hotel is very dated and could use some updates. BUT with that said, it is a great hotel for the price and the staff is willing to work with you to make your stay as great as possible. AND the beds are so comfortable you will not want to leave! Do not be intimidated by the fact that there are no cars in the lot!! They have to park in the back of the hotel.

A Quality stop off… Covid theater throughout the property is still present. The plexiglass at the front desk makes hearing the front desk agent very difficult for people who are hard of hearing. Hotel itself is tired. But clean. I can do tired as long as it’s clean! I would definitely stay here again as it was a perfect stop for us coming back from Northern Ontario. They really do need to get rid of the Covid theater like the mask signs and the social distance signs. The hype is over. It’s time to move on. This is not something somebody wants to remember three years later.

Pick another We stopped in about 4 pm on a Saturday, not a car in the lot, we actually thought they were closed. Went inside and requested a ground floor room, 1 night. The clerk said she would need to run my credit card to see what was available as they "are very busy". I asked about parking as we had a small camper. She said no large vehicles allowed, even tho we were in a large spot, and said we'd need to park at a gas station down the street. When I asked about their advertised breakfast she said "it's prepackaged stuff". We left and stayed at another nearby Inn. Don't think they wanted the business.

DO NOT STAY HERE The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Staff was unbelievably rude. The manager was even worse. The only breakfast available was their breakfast sandwichs which had mold in it ( make sure you look before you eat it ). No fruit , muffins, juice ect like they “offer”. The pool is dirty and cold. Rooms smelled like smoke… I could go on.
