Great location Great location on the outskirts of town but close to activities and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and checkin efficient. Common areas are bright and clean. Room was very comfortable and clean with super pillows and beds. No fitness room but there is a pool.

Small rooms, small bathroom. Dogs in the breakfast area. Rooms not cool enough. Could not get the room cool enough to sleep well. Every morning at the breakfast area there were people with dogs sitting right by the food. There was an area on the other end of the lobby for dining if they really felt they had to have animals accompany them to everyone's breakfast. Rude people. I don't need big dogs sniffing my legs as I'm trying to carry my food past them. Had to go to the desk to get a set of clean towels halfway through a 4-night stay. The set they gave me looked pretty old.

Great Hotel The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She even told me that this is a "non-judgment" zone :) Our room was clean, a nice modern feel and comfortable. The location was just outside of downtown which never posed any problems. It was the right value and we would certainly go back next time we are in the area.

Nice Durango Stay We stayed two nights at this hotel. It is a very nice, older Hampton Inn at the edge of town. Our room was a little smaller than some Hampton Inn's but it worked. They had an on-site laundry that we used ($2 each for washer and dryer). Front desk gave us change. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Eight minutes to the Durango & Silverton Rail Station.

Average Hampton Inn. It’s a typical Hampton Inn. It’s not real close to any restaurants. The room was fine as well as the “free” breakfast. The front desk check in was rude as could be. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready so they offered another room which was fine but then for no reason needed to see my ID as well as my credit card. They knew I had made the reservation via the app so it was apparent who I was.
