Clean and affordable Friendly service, affordable, clean rooms, nice hot shower with good water pressure. Not downtown but still close. Simple continental breakfast with cereals, breakfast sandwiches, juice and coffee. Nice and quiet. Lots of towels and good soaps.

Refreshingly friendly My wife and I stayed here twice in a one week period and were very impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the desk staff. Theywere upbeat and pleasant. Often times when you travel the desk staff are polite, but here they seem sincerely to want your stay to be the best it can be. Refreshing. Will definitely stay here again.

Great laid back experience Location was very close to get to the Durango to Silverton train & to uptown to eat and shop. Yuveia in housekeeping kept our room in rip top shape and supplied EVERYDAY (hotels/motels don't do that anymore) !! Breakfast area was a little cramped but once you got the hang of it, just grab your stuff that required heating up and eat in your room. Rooms were large and shower and bathroom sink area were separate. We stayed in room 306.

Economy Plus? This is a nice hotel. I travel a lot for work and typically look to save money and this is not your typical Super 8 or budget hotel. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is a full breakfast which is very unusual for an economy hotel as most budget hotels only provide , if at all, a granola bar and coffee. The staff is helpful and polite and they genuinely care which is a testament to management. I have stayed here a few times over the past year and I see updates each time so they are actively updating the hotel. I recommend the hotel for the price it's amazing.

Great Stay Room was very clean and smell good; beds were comfortable; staff were friendly; breakfast was plentiful; parking was great. The only problems we had were some of the plug outlets were worn out and couldn't be used and you can hear the people above you walkkng around.
