DON’T STAY HERE!!!! Without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Stains everywhere, cracks in the ceilings, mold in the bathroom, filth everywhere. Look at the attached pictures. The housekeeping people must only come and change the sheets and do nothing else. The rooms are beyond filthy. I took a wash cloth and rubbed it along the top of the picture in the room. See photo of the filth that came off. Do not stay here. This place is beyond disgusting.

will not stay there again Room smelled- did not have the amenities listed. We never received them. Checkout was flawed and would not refund for the day we did not stay. "continental " breakfast was dry cereal and cold coffee. Staff was rude at checkout and rude on our followup call. Really put a damper on what was supposed to be special weekend.

Too much noise I am still in this hotel. My room has bugs, but because I am disabled, I cannot easily move to a new room. The couple next door to me has been shouting at each other in anger right outside my room, slamming their room door and their car doors. I was just awakened by people moving into the room above me. I can hear every opening and closing of drawers, every step they take, and when I was just in the bathroom, I could hear every word they yelled to each other. Combine this with my room facing the highway with the noisy cars, motorcycles, trucks, and sirens, I am not getting much rest. Budget friendly? Yes. But I would not stay here again.

My stay at the Econo Lodge at RTP I ended up at this place because everywhere else was booked due to graduations that weekend. I'm giving this a 3 star only because the guys at the welcome desk were very polite. The room was on the first floor and well insulated from the noise, however, because it faces the highway I could hear the traffic which was expected. The air condition worked well and I was very comfortable. I was pleased to have a small fridge and a microwave and all the lights worked well, and comfy pillows. The cleaners need to clean around the outside of the bathroom tub because it was dirty and grimy. The drawback to this hotel was that the image of the breakfast area was very disappointing, and looked nothing like the images on the website. I arrived there at approx. 8:00 a.m. and there was absolutely nothing to eat (nothing like what was shown in the online picture). Continental breakfast? No way! The only persons creating waffles looked like a couple off the street getting some free breakfast. The coffee creamer and sugar containers were dirty-looking and there was no one managing the area. I walked out very very disappointed. I was happy to locate a small fast food place within walking distance where I bought some food and went back to my room. I won't stay there again, but I think this can be a fairly satisfactory place to stay for a short while if they update the eating area to look like what's really on the website instead of misleading images, and have breakfast items as shown. They need to clean around the bathroom tubs. The door has a security latch that is broken so I felt unsafe and had to place a couple chairs behind the door.

Avoid this one Needed rooms on college graduation weekend so availability was limited. Booked room for wife & I and a 2nd one for friends (both were to be non smoking). One room had heavy foul odor which we think is from smoke. I looked at the AC unit. The pull out filter designed for a user to clean was reasonably clean. I shined light into the AC unit coils and they were very dirty. That probably contributed to the foul odor. Second room had dirty floor. Our rooms were facing the highway so had a lot of traffic noise. Motel has two floors, no elevator. Did not try onsite breakfast. There is a McDonald's, Bojangles and others about 1/2 mile away.
