Awesome time Hotel staff is very accommodating, breakfast was great. A specific front desk worker was phenomenal and helped me very much! His name is Dee. Pool was awesome too. Overall a really great stay and Dee made it even better helping us switch rooms at the last minute due to some disturbances in the room next door :) very polite and super helpful!!

Not 100% satisfied Didn’t like the feel of the mattress , plus other tenants was outside smoking marijuana. The place was nice and clean. We like the breakfast

Getaway Room was fine for last minute. It was clean. Bed needs some attention, wasn’t horrible but it slumped in the middle and frame sealed a little.

Great hotel and affordable This is our 4th visit to Durham,NC. Each time picked this hotel , very pleased with service , cleanliness, location and nice breakfast. They offer 24 hours free coffee. Recommend this hotel .

Decent The beds were not up to par. Very hard and had a dip in them. Very uncomfortable The bathtub had dirt settled at the bottom.The orange juice and apple juice machine tasted like it hasn’t been cleaned. Besides that service was good and the hotel was itself was fine.
