Great Stay last minute We were traveling from CT to Florida. Silly us, thought we would drive straight through. Well, lo and behold, we got exhausted once we hit I-85 in SC. We had our 2 massive dogs with us, 2 kids and myself & husband. I researched hotels in safe areas and this one popped up. Gave them a call at 10 pm and they were more than accommodating!! The hotel & room were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect & quick so we could get back on the road. Hotel grounds were well manicured too and the surrounding area was well lit and safe. Would absolutely stay there again with our kids and pets!

Nice rooms Nicer staff. All of the staff were great. Chance, Tayler, Apresha, Mery Jay and Tjheresa were all very friendly and will to accommodate us in every way possible. The room was nice and clean, I used the fitness room every night. We stayed for 2 weeks, and the only negative was the TV Cable service. They had just changed to a new provider and many channels were not available and the ones that were, were not what the Guice said they were.

Great place Check in employees were extremely friendly and always asking if we were good, needed anything, & very pleasant during our stay. We were in room 212 and enjoyed our trip. Cold AC and comfortable beds. Rooms are nice and updated. We will be back!

Disappointed - broken AC and hot tub is PERMANENTLY CLOSED We stayed here for 1 night on a spontaneous local getaway and booked through Priceline. Maybe Easley SC isn't the fanciest place for a getaway, but hey - when you've got an overnight babysitter, you take advantage of the opportunity. Unfortunately, this Hampton dropped the ball as 2 of the main things we wanted - a large King bed and a hot tub - were disappointments during this stay. On the positive side, this Hampton is in a great location on 123 and within walking distance to several restaurants. The rooms are clean, updated, and modern with super comfy beds and large TVs. Breakfast was good, even thought it was a little underwhelming as far as hot food options. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with AC in our room #327. We turned it on when we first checked in around 5pm. We noticed it wasn't cooling much but figured we'd give it time (was in the mid-90s that day). After being gone 4+ hours for dinner and a movie, we came back and it was still very stuffy - like 78-80 or warmer. I went down to the desk around 11pm to request to switch rooms. The staff member wasn't rude, but there was no apology. It was a matter-of-fact response "Yeah those newer A/C units require you to be in the room - just give it some time". I sensed this was just a short answer to get me to go away, because these are simple AC units and there are no motion sensors in the room. I told him the A/C had been running, but he insisted that I try again. Went back upstairs and we attempted to fall asleep - but it was way too hot. By this point it's after MIDNIGHT. Went back downstairs - still no evidence of concern from the staff member. I'm not a complainer and even apologized for bugging him. He wasn't UNkind, but still no apology. He moved us to a 2-queen room which was very disappointing as we specifically had reserved and wanted a larger king bed. The AC in the new room worked great and cooled off immediately, thus disproving the "you gotta be there" theory. Additionally - this location needs to work to update their pictures on 3rd party sites including Tripadvisor, Priceline, Expedia, etc. ALL of those sites show a hot tub next to the pool. When we arrived, the hot tub is gone and has been filled with concrete. It has clearly been closed for several years, but all the 3rd party websites showed it in their pictures. We felt very misled by this and regret that we spent $165+ to stay here. Overall this is a nice hotel - clean, modern, comfortable - but we left disappointed and not well rested due to the late night switch. Just know that the hot tub is forever gone, and make sure to check your A/C before settling in for the night.

Fantastic Stay on the 4th We came down to this Easley SC Hampton Inn on the 4th of July week and we were blown away by the level of service Lisa poured onto us and all the other guests. All the staff members we met were very nice as well. We had been staying at a Best Western not far away from this Hampton Inn. The Best Western was horrible to us our last stay and trying this Hampton Inn should've happened way before now. There was a night/day difference between the 2 units. Hampton Inn's shower is nicer than our own homes bathtub shower. Hot water too. Yes I said hot _ water. I had to request for hot water 2x's at Best Western. The water has flowed out of the sink nice and fast. Best Western barley came out of the faucet. Lisa was exuberant and such a nice person. The lady at Best Western told me to get my S*%# and leave after I asked for a discount for having to take a cold shower and ask for the hot water 2x's We'll be staying at this Hampton Inn for now on.
