THE WORST!! JUST THE WORST!! Rip Off! THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BOOKED. FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED AND WAS LOOKING FOR A HOTEL NEAR LGA AIRPORT. COST ME US$350. CHECKED IN AND WAS THERE ONLY 15MIN AND THE 15MIN I STAYED WAS FOR SEARCHING ANOTHER HOTEL. DIDN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND I THINK IT IS VIOLATING THE LAW IN NY TO NOT HAVE VENTILATION IN THE ROOM. ALL THE BED SHEETS, LINEN WAS STAINED. CARPET WAS NOT VACUUMED. HAD DEAD BUGS AND FOOD CRUMBS ON THE CARPET. NOT TO MENTION THE ROTTEN WALLS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS HOTEL.

NYC Subway is cleaner Frontier canceled our late night flight (as per norm) and we were forced to find a hotel. This Jem had a vacancy for $343 so we gave it a shot. Check in was rough. Couldn’t hear the attendant behind the glass and there were random people/kids hanging out in the lobby. We got to our room and the key card didn’t work. We were forced to get the attendant. Turns out the battery on the door lock was out and the key wouldn’t work…ever. Once inside the room we noticed the AC unit had all the buttons disabled, the TV didn’t work, the alarm clock was broke, the desk chair had spunk stains and the couch was nasty. Shower was all jacked up and there were cigarette burn marks all over furniture. We had toured NYC all day and were exhausted. Stayed the night but feel like Woody Harrelson after he paid the rent in King Pin.

Terrible hotel Our flight was cancelled and someone from airline called this hotel to ask if they had a room, they did (wished they didn’t) we picked up a hire car and drove to this hotel, first impression wasn’t good it was in the Queens area of New York, the reception was dark & not clean, the receptionist was helpful enough, check in was quick, when we walked to our room I noticed the whole place was dirty, our room was on 2nd floor, we entered it was roasting hot & had a bad smell, I went to the window and took a look outside, there was people hanging about nearby & I didn’t feel safe enough to leave window open, the air conditioning didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, the place hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the bathroom was disgusting it also hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was hair all around bathtub plug hole, the sink was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable, I piled our 4 suitcases up against the door for extra security, we got to hotel at 11pm and left at 4am, we all couldn’t wait to get out of this dump, I personally didn’t sleep a wink I felt unsafe in this hotel.

Pretty awful The neighborhood is questionable & the hotel it’s self is gross feeling. Stayed an hour & decided to leave because there was no way we’d be able to sleep. I’m not sure how they stay open. If you don’t know the area, stay somewhere else!
