Disappointing The positives were: 1) the room was clean 2) inexpensive for East Lansing 3) the breakfast was OK. The negatives were: 1) We had to go to the office three times to get into the room. 2) It was raining and the potholes in the parking lot were so deep that there was no place to park without stepping into a huge puddle. 3) We checked in at 10pm. After midnight a hotel employee knocked on our door saying we had outstayed our booking and had to vacate the room. After arguing they apologized for making a mistake.

GROSS Very very gross. The comforters look like they have mold on them and the front desk is not very helpful. Door dashed my own pillow so I didn’t have to put my head on the pillow here. As it’s been fun to make fun of this place, please do not stay here. Bathroom is also nasty.

Professional and respectful I have never stayed somewhere that gave you the WIFi password before arriving. Never had I have a place continuously check to see how they could accommodate my needs. Anthony when checking in was beyond professional and respectful.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY THE BEST AND CLEANEST PLACE TO STAY.. THE staff is excellent and very nice. They are there when you need help with anything..I would highly recommend this place to you.This place for everyone else out there looking for a nice place to stay

Amazing stay Room was super clean and the guy at the front desk was hands down the most friendliest hotel worker I think I’ve ever met, stopped what he was doing to come help us at the front desk and answered any questions we had all while being very friendly would definitely recommend this place to anybody who asked.
