Very comfortable, quiet and homely Getting to the Country Inn, was very accessible.The shuttle service was superb and the driver was excellent. On arrival at the Country Inn, check was very fast and easy. The receptionist was very pleasant and respectful. The breakfast was very nice other than there is no water available in the breakfast room. This is my fourth time staying here and I don’t mind it at all.

Needs a thorough cleaning We booked this hotel online. When we arrived, we noticed how filthy the carpeting was in the lobby so decided to view the room before unpacking. Room was disgusting; carpet was dirty, AC vent looked like it’d never been cleaned, the molding’s around the safe and microwave were cracked and dirty and the sofa sleeper looked like it was ready for the dump. The only positive thing I can say is that the assistant manager was very kind and agreeably when we requested a refund. (I’m thinking she’d heard concerns before.) Go across the freeway to the Drury. It was wonderful.

Updates Bathroom upgrade done great. Carpet needs to be replaced. Furniture in lobby and hallway needs to be replaced. Breakfast was excellent and staff was super nice. Employee checked with me to see if I wanted anything specific for breakfast the next day. Had 2 house cleaning staff members check with us to see if we needed anything after first night stay. The doors in our room and others didn’t slam to bother us.

Inappropriate male staff 7/3/2024. This morning two male workers made several attempts to come into my room to upgrade Wifi when I made CLEAR NOTICE THAT I WAS NAKED several times. Complete disregard for boundaries. The rest of the story is for corporate.

Great airport hotel with shuttle service I had a great stay. The hotel is clean. The airport shuttle runs smoothly. I called at the airport and got picked up quickly. There was shuttle waiting outside for my early departure. Both drivers were very friendly. William at front desk was really helpful and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. It is a great hotel option for those transiting through Atlanta and good value for money.
