Hotel, but also a homeless shelter? Not a bad place to saty, but as a solo female traveler i would have liked to have knonw in advance that this also serves as a quasi homless shelter. I had a feeling something was up when I stayed there and confirmed after the fact that indeed RI houses homeless people in hotels.

Great experience, slept like a baby. The hotel experience was great, super comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel room was very cleaned and the bathroom was very cleaned as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure we were happy with the room. I have stayed at hotels 2-3 times more expensive per night, and this Extended stay blows them away , we slept very well.

Wonderful Staff Thank you so much for accommodating the needs of our employees who stayed recently at your establishment. They were treated wonderfully. And when we had realized we had lost an item, after they left, you went the extra mile to help us! Dorothy and the rest of the management staff, Desk staff, and Housekeeping staff really helped us out. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to take a thorough look to help us find what me missed, and then for promptly shipping our things back to our office. You all really saved the day! We recommend your Providence East location to anyone, and would be happy to have our staff stay with you again.

Exceptional Treatment We received excellent service from both the manager Becky and staff member Dorothy regarding an issue and my family and I were pleasantly surprised how accommodating and quickly our problem was solved. I would absolutely stay at this location in future visits. Thanks again!
