Nice stop while travelling We stayed here one night as it was convenient traveling home from a vacation. On the plus side: easy to locate, plenty of parking, onsite restaurant, pool, pet fee is less than most other Hilton hotels, friendly and helpful front desk (Thank you Jeremy)and restaurant staff. On the downside: the rugs are all badly stained both in the hallways and in our room.

Save your money & RUN It’s a disgrace this property is affiliated with Hilton as the customer service as well as quality of the hotel are no where near the previous Hiltons I’ve stayed at. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The minute you run into any issues with your booking you are on your own as the staff is far from accommodating. Rather than seeking a mutual resolution to ensure my stay would be pleasant at this property.. I was proposed with the alternative to pay out of pocket if I’d like the room I’m requesting despite requesting the same exact room upon booking my initial reservation with the property. The property appears great from the outside but the inside begs to differ as you can see the aging of the property and lack of effort to maintain the construction & minimize hazards throughout vicinity. Along with some renovations, the property & its staff can also benefit from in service trainings to ensure they’re providing customer service to “Hilton’s high standards”. RUN FOREST RUN

Just OK stay, not in the room type originally requested I have been to this property before, a go-to place in the center of NJ, and fairly close when I am travelling by train out of Metropark. I also often stop there because they have jetted tubs in some rooms, which are good therapy for my back. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, a good way to earn points and relax in the process. As I always do, I checked in online the day before via the Hilton app, and chose my room based on what was offered. There was no indication in the room choice process that the rooms showing as available were what I was paying for. But strangely, although I had indicated I wanted to Digital Key, no notice of the key being ready was received before my eventual arrival on July 20th. This meant I could not bypass the front desk as I usually do. I inquired why I had not gotten the Digital Key, and was told that the problem was due to the recent IT crash that affected many businesses around the country that week. A plastic key was made for me instead. Maybe I should not have been satisfied with that excuse, but when I got to my room it had no jetted whirlpool tub as I had originally requested. It had a regular bathtub. Tired from my trip and having already spread out, I remained in that room. ( I got my whirlpool tub therapy from another Hilton property a week later elsewhere, so I never pursed this further.) The property is aging, and it shows. Carpet and paint jobs look tired and worn out. Elevators seem to take forever to go a few floors.

Hell NO do not stay here DO NOT STAY HERE . This hotel is disgusting the vents in the rooms that circulate your air are not clean. They are full of dust. I have been in two different rooms here and both beds had major stains on the mattress. The staff does not seem to care about the inconvenience that their disgusting hotel presents for health and safety. When i was moving from one room to the other we passed a used plunger in the hallway. The carpets are stained, and the elevator barely works. DO not stay here!!!!! P.S. I will be reaching out to the health department.

Overall Old and tired hotel The hotel smelled like mildew when I check in. The green carpet in the room was damp. I asked the desk to switch rooms but they said all are like this. The hotel is very run down and dated. The TV is not HD and only gets 6 stations. The fridge in the room did not work. The beds were the worst hotel bed I have slept in, and I travel 100 nights a year. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this. I checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel
