Front desk check inn cordial and even joking around playing on the Packers (us) Bears rivalry..you know it's just the little things that break your mind free of travel monotony that make you feel that sense of ease..more welcome.. Rooms clean comfortable beds. We didn't really need our rooms refreshed. Breakfast in the mornings lots of selections always refreshed. I do have to give special shout out to the public space attendant. She was working so hard NOT A SPECK of red dust anywhere. I swear I was watching her for cleaning tips. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Terrible Customer Service The supervisor was absolutely rude to us the whole time. We simply asked if we could have a small milk from the breakfast bar that night for our baby. We have done this at every other hotel. She first lied and said she didn’t have a key. Then she said that she couldn’t give us any then she pointed at my husband then across the street and just said “7-11”. Her name was Janine McClain. She should choose a different job rather than be a totally rude human working in a hospitality field.

BED BUGS Was woken up to scratching and itching from bed bugs bites at 2:45 a.m. I woke my daughter up as I tried killing the bugs that were on the bed. It was terrible and I had never experienced anything like this. i went straight to the front desk and i explained i had found bed bugs in my bed. He gave us another room but as i lifted the mattress i saw another bed bug in there and said nope we cant stay here. At this point i was like Im not sleepy anymore I'll just start driving. I couldn"t believe this had happened at a Holiday Inn plus im sure the previous person who rented before us had to have gotten bit up by these bugs. I was told to call back at 9am to speak to the manager because i wanted my money back to my credit card. I did do that and was told she had just credited the credit card and said she was sorry. That was on Thursday morning and finally its Tuesday and it did get taken off my card. It was a horrible experience. I have added some pictures. When i went down to the front desk I took my pillow with a bug on it to show him and the bug just crawled away on the counter. I guess this is a norm here because it didn't phase him. As he was getting me a new card for another room i picked up the bug with my card and threw it in where you return the key cards. The first pictures are from about 2 hours of waking up at 2:45am with the bites. i couldnt take it anymore and drove 2 hours from the hotel and thank god that hotel was clean. got some sleep and then we got home Saturday 2AM so the last picture is from Saturday morning and they were swollen all day. i ended up calling the clinic and speaking to a nurse. she recommended a few things to help relieve the itching and swelling. Its been about five days and the bites still itch. I counted over 43 bites. i cant believe it becuase i fell asleep around 12:15am and my daughter said she went to bed a little after 1am. so thats only around 2 1/2 hours of sleeping in bed for me. I had bites on both arms wrist on my neck on my forehead and my legs. i even had a bite on my lip and it was swollen. i even told that to the front desk person. So if you do stay at this hotel Please beware there might be bugs our room was room 315. wish i had read a review to avoid this hotel. Figured it was a holiday inn and at $128 a night i was going to sleep good. BOY WAS I WRONG

Remodeling, stay somewhere else. A friend and I stayed here recently. This motel is in bad shape. We learned it was recently sold and the new owners are remodeling. I hate bothering with a motel remodeling. I feel cheated, I don't like paying all that money and having substandard accommodations. All the tiles were gone, half the carpet was gone. Wallpaper hanging off the walls. Our room would not hold it's check in code I guess. EVERYTIME we came in we would have to make a trip to the front desk to get our door open. What a pain that was, for three days. They would always ask " When are you checking out" we would tell them, THEN they would check to see if we were telling the truth. Why ask me, if you aren't going to believe my answer. Makes me look like I'm a liar. We asked for the light over the bathroom sink to be fixed, when we came back it sorta flickered. The eggs were cooked almost crispy every morning. Some guy at the front desk argued with us over everything, just not a good motel.

Ok This hotel is average when it comes to service and style. The thing that I liked about this hotel is that it has an indoor pool. The desk person was kind of rude asking why we were here in a rude tone. This was average but the service was poor.
