Chase Suite Hotel El Paso

Very nice, definitely will stay again. Very, clean, comfortable, quite and close by eating. Jennifer was outstanding at the front desk.I had made my reservations through booking.com, only to find out through the confirmation that I was booked for one bedroom suite and I needed two. Called directly to Chase Hotel in El Paso and Jennifer answered the phone, was very polite, understanding and helped me get in a two bedroom suite. Easy & fast check in and out. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Pool Area was awesome, clean and had bar-bque grills that were very clean.

Nice clean spot, and convenient location. Kayla at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and quick. Check-in was a breeze, and she was very pleasant to deal with, unlike the woman who checked me in a few weeks ago in the middle of rhe night who claimed to be a manager, but acted anything like one. Kayla deserves a raise! Room is quiet and comfortable, and allows us to cook a quick meal, as we prefer to cook than order. The wife and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing Hotel made by its employees and great leadership! I recently moved to El Paso, Texas from Miami. Drove 1900 miles with my son. Left Miami on a Friday morning and stayed the 1st night in Mobile-Alabama (the hotel there was fairly new but was very run down... The second night we stayed in San Antonio-Texas, the hotel was ok. When we arrive in El Paso we stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel El Paso. I stayed 40 nights in this amazing property, former Marriott Residence Inn where the suites are huge! A full kitchen where you have everything you need, pots and pans, a complete oven, microwave, a huge refrigerator... Sofa bed where my son slept for 4 nights, a very big bathroom, a nice tv and the internet that is pretty fast! I loved the easy access from my car, also having an amazing location where you have a wide array of restaurants and fast-food places: Jack in the Box, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Tony's Gorditas, Applebee's, Baron Cattle Restaurant, Sonic, a nice Greek restaurant, Toro Bronco, Rockys Bar, all in a walking distance... This hotel offers two pools, 3 barbecue grills, and is only 2 minutes from the airport. I have travelled the world, and a lot of hotels have cleaning issues but I ca tell you that this hotel is impeccable, and the ladies go above and beyond to keep it sparkle clean! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel to El Paso, the location off the I-10 is great due make it safer! can be a great mix of a business hotel and also family oriented due they offer huge suites with two stories, ideal for big families! The area where is located is really good! Kudos to all the staff for their hard work!!!

Below Expectations Given the high ratings, we expected more especially considering the high price. Perhaps it was our timing as the place was crowded with parties and military. Staff were friendly and helpful which was great. The suite itself was supposed to be recently remodeled but appeared worn and tired. There were stains and dried gum in the floor as well as broken steps on the narrow entry stairs. Interior stairs were steep (not very kid friendly) and the second room of the two-rooms was actually an open loft not a closed room so noise was an issue. The phone in the room did not work nor could any of our devices connect to the supposed high speed internet. We let the staff know about both and they told us to call a number instead of helping us. There was no high chair available in the breakfast room. The breakfast was better than continental which was perfect. The pool had debris in it along with a revelers smoking and drinking. Anyway, we expected more so would stay somewhere a bit more family friendly, quiet, and comfortable while in El Paso.

Really nice spacious room Really nice hotel the room we got was like a little townhouse. It was great we had a kitchen with a full stove plenty of room it was really nice will definitely be coming back. The pool was really nice too they have one pool in the front one in the back. Kayla made checking in real easy and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something nice and spacious
