Impressive staff and super clean! The staff was so very welcoming and kind. Also, the overall hotel and our room was likely the cleanest we've seen at any hotel anywhere. Honestly, a very pleasant experience, and conveniently located near the El Paso Airport. Highly recommend this location.

Hampton Inn El Paso Airport: Highly recommend for a relaxing and pleasant stay! Again, this was an outstanding stay with Hampton Inn. The rooms, elevator, lobby and breakfast area were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was exceptionally good and one of the top breakfasts I've had in a Hampton Inn. The staff were very friendly. It was a pleasant short stay. We were visiting family at Fort Bliss. If you are visiting military family or looking for a good place to stay while visiting the base for any reason, Hampton Inn El Paso Airport is just a short 10 minute ride to the main gate. Also it's relatively close to a number of good restaurants and there is a Walmart nearby. Thanks for the staff and management for another great stay!!

Upfront Great breakfast, clean room, nice atmosphere, pool area is relaxing, lobby has a water bottle refill station, and there is a good amount of parking.

Hampton Inns quality is variable Based on having stayed at the Hampton Inn in York, Pa. we chose to stay at one in El Paso. Although we reserved a high end room we were put in a small room that was quite inferior to the York, Pa. room. Because the heating did not work the lovely "upgraded" us to the kind of room we had in York. Had we not been upgraded we would have been quite dissatisfied. The upgraded room was quite comfortable and well-designed. The included breakfast was good and more than adequate. Based on our York experience I would have been inclined to stay at Hampton Inns in the future but not if the quality of the room is less than we would expect.

Forget Customer Service, this was Customer Excellence! WARM, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, CHARMING... and that's just the Front Desk Manger and staff! Updated, clean, well-maintained hotel and rooms. Exceptional attention to the smallest details. Breakfast service was extremely well managed, fresh, and well stocked... pancakes, waffles, eggs, ham, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee, bagels, baked foods, and probably another half-dozen or more items I have forgotten! Close to the airport, easy access to the freeway, and conveniently located near restaurants. Priced right and dedicated to customer excellence! THIS is the place to stay when visiting El Paso... no parking fees, nice pool, and an exercise center too!
