One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in I recommended highly. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. In the lobby where you had breakfast, they had flowers in a little container that you could put on your table. It’s absolutely beautiful Carolina and Malachi, who were at the hotel absolutely great and I would like to give them a commendation for their service.

Poor management. Items stolen. Stay here if you want the Hotel to unpack your bags for you, even if you don’t want them to!!! I travel quite a bit for work and typically choose between Marriott and Hilton, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and now experienced the ugly. During my stay between 24-27 April I found a cleaning towel lodged in my suitcase with the internal lining zipper unzipped. I notified the front desk immediately and they told asked me what color the rag was. I took a picture and sent it to them and they asked if it was my rag. I checked out two weeks early and moved to another hotel. Since I returned home I noticed a few items missing and the hotel did contact me. They said they would give me points, which I still haven’t received. They read my google review and again said they would “look into it.” Other than that I found candy wrappers under my bed. So if you want your stuff gone through stay here. Due to the lack of care and acknowledgment of issue I will not be going back to this hotel, nor will anyone in my company for that matter. *The included picture is the rag I pulled out from the bag next to it.

Service with a smile! My wife and I had a wonderful time here. The service was excellent from check in to check out. The entire staff is top notch, and the bartender was fantastic! We’ve been fortunate to travel to many wonderful destinations with high expectations and been less than thrilled a few times with our service. They genuinely care and all have great attitudes. Thank you for a great experience!

Hilton Garden Inn: downgraded service Things are changing and not sure if its corporate or franchise: 1. There no longer is a business center or a lobby computer. (gone completely) 2. The prices for food are even higher than the airport restaurants. (Breakfast buffet $17.00). 3. The pantry is almost non-existent and there are no amenity supplies. It looks cleaned out. They say they are renovating this area, but this does not appear to be the case. The rooms are still fine and the staff are very nice. The hotel shuttle works well. Despite its location right on the freeway, the place is pretty quiet if you get a room on the south side. All in all, I would probably stay next door at the Homewood Suites next time.

Really nice stay. Stayed one night, a solid HGI experience. Checked in late, still sufficient parking in a well-lit lot. Located next to an asphalt refinery, so view from room wasn't the best but didn't affect our stay. Room was good-sized, clean, and generally well-maintained. Everything in the room worked except for the bathroom ventilation fan, which was not an issue for our overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep Overall a really nice stay as I've come to expect from this brand. Would return.
