Excellent Hospitality The hospitality that I received from this Hyatt location has been by far the best of all Hyatt Hotels I have stayed in. From the General Manager who took the time to welcome me and get to know me, all the way to the front desk staff member, and even the shuttle bus driver. It was obvious that there was great chemistry and just a great work dynamic amongst the staff. Best Hyatt stay by far.

Worst place to stay in El Paso I booked a bedroom with two beds when I walked in my room there was only one bed I walked back downstairs to let them know there was a misunderstanding they told me they didn’t have no two bed rooms available I asked for a refund they said no $165 for one night yeah no never again

Not a bad hotel Pros: Breakfast was good, variety; can schedule airport shuttle, good distance to restaurants/stores etc. Cons: Only one elevator worked, no microwave in the room, shower/toilet set-up was VERY cramped, could barely close the door; dog food left on floor in room upon check-in
