Ian The Most Highly Respected over qualified Hotel Manager Ian The Hotel Manager is Exceptional! He knows how to immediately go into solution mode when a difficult issue arises with a guest , making me feel heard and respected and solved the problems at hand quickly , effectively, efficiently with it most professional and kindness . A rare combination in today’s world sadly . The world needs more Ian’s as Hotel Managers . I wholeheartedly recommend a raise for Ian . Spend a night somewhere else. There's a reason it's the cheapest. Air conditioning in room didn't work - maintenance couldn't fix it for my one night stay. Woke up to a cold shower that wouldn't get hot before my flight. Told reception on the way out and was told someone would contact me - which hasn't happened yet a week later. Disappointing stay, bookended by lack of shuttle service to the airpot.

Horrible hotel stay anywhere else Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The manager is useless. Staff is rude and they lie. Usually I'm not this ruthless in a review but they made our weekend hell. Couldn't keep there word over a crib that they told me was available. And they tried to charge me 4 hours after check out.

Valerie the best Valerie From guest service during the night turn (10pm) was the best! She helped us a lot during the check-in in 5 minutes, her partner doesn’t want to solve our problem, so Valerie does!!! Thanks Valerie! She really take care of the guests, all of the employees should be like her!

Def el segundo and not primeira Not impressed. Maybe this should be a different hotel - like a Days Inn. No diamond status room upgrade. Stale cookie nuked and a bottle of water. Woke up and found a spider on my head! Best part is having Barbies Mattel next door. Save your points.
