Must like spiders, no towels and dirty sheets I killed 6 spiders during our stay. We were there four nights and NEVER had room service. I went twice to the desk to complain and get towels. I was told the maids were very busy and had to clean the rooms for the incoming guests first??? So for four days they couldn’t spend 30 minutes making the bed?? Speaking of which, their bedspreads have the texture and weight of an outdoor carpet. Very uncomfortable . Also the vending machine weren’t filled the entire time. Crappy hotel. The staff (except for Gary) didn’t seem concerned we were not happy. We take frequent trips to Elizabethtown and we will never stay there again

Stay somewhere else The carpet was stained and threadbare, the toilet did not flush properly, the vinyl floor in the bathroom had holes. The staff did not care that this place was a sh.. show

Poor Quality. Poor Service Hotel was poor in quality and did not work with Youth teams on checkout policies. Very dissapointing.

Very nice experience. We expected to arrive at this point in our travel around four, but we’re stuck in wreck traffic almost for hours and didn’t arrive until about eight o’clock. We were greeted with very understanding personnel and got a nice room. Very nice and clean place to stay. We enjoyed it.
