Terrible experience. A/C was not working in my room upon arrival, bathtub had hair in it and was not cleaned, phone did not work, TV remote not working. Worst motel I have stayed at in my 40 years of traveling. I would give it a lower rating than a one if possible. Definitely will stay somewhere else in the future.

Pool closed/terrible breakfast The pool was closed for a majority of each day we were there. When it was opened, the pool room smelled so awful of chlorine it was uncomfortable to sit in there. No outside seating room for parents/teams to sit around and lounge after a day of baseball. Breakfast was awful & stale.

Not worth your money! Where do I even begin. Do NOT stay here, hands down TERRIBLE! The beds are extremely hard and by morning my back and hips were in PAIN in addition to both my arms going numb. The blackout curtains have holes in them. Our room had a heavy wet mildew smell to it. We opened the window in hopes of airing out the room but it didn't work. I do NOT feel well rested nor does my family. The sink and tub don't drain well. They literally filled up and drained SUPER slow. The tub doen't look like it has been scrubbed in years. There's hard water all over the shower head. My family and I chose not to shower. There was some red funky-nasty thing on the wall beside the toilet. The exhaust vent in the bathroom barrely drew any air out. The pool lining is in disrepair. I explained this to the women behind the desk. She took notes, said she was sorry and would let management know. Never once did she offer to get management or credit back any part of our stay. I informed her that I have over 20 years work experience in hotel's and I was very, very disappointed in my family's stay.

Federal law breaking hotel This hotel represents the ramada name and discriminate against those with disabilities who have service dogs. They illegally charge fees for service dogs and since it is franchise owned. The cooperate office of Windham allows them to. The lady is rude and will always hang up when u want to resolve it. I file complaint with doj civil rights devision as well as the cooperate office. My own bank said what they did was illegal and violated my rights and refunded my entire charge at this hotel. To anyone who visits elizabethtown u are better off staying at the hilton they are extremely nice there and right next door. And to ramada cooperate you should be ashamed of yourself to allow this hotel to break federal law and you do nothing
