Great Clean hotel in good location There seems to be 300 hotels in this small area and this one can be trusted to be clean, comfortable and worth a stay! We met Carlee who was taking care of things in the morning, what a kind & friendly young lady! She is a true asset to the team! Breakfast was good..coffee was real good as well. Tons of restaurants and other things to keep you busy nearby. A++

So much for very reasonable price One night stay on our road trip. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good featuring eggs and good potatoes and sliced sausages. Lots of other things too but that was the cooked part. Also nice indoor pool and large hot tub.

Undisclosed Pet Charge Our stay was OK until I reviewed my credit card statement. I asked my wife after she checked in how much they charged for the dog. She said "nothing". When she checked out, she did not receive a receipt, but we didn't think anything of it because we had gone through Hotwire to book the room. When I reviewed my credit card charges for our Trip I saw that for one night we were charged $75.00 for our 15 lb. dog! They never mentioned the outrageous pet charge, the most we've ever paid by $50.00. My advise is do not use Hotwire or any Hilton chain hotel if you own a pet. They advertise as 'Pet Friendly', but certainly are not 'Wallet Friendly' or 'Customer Friendly'. When I called the hotel they were unsympathetic and simply said that was the charge given them by Hilton for one to four nights, "Sorry". Simply Outrageous!!!!!

Stop over stay It was a clean comfortable room, great breakfast and wonderful service. It is convenient to the interstate and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. We stayed in the area previously but never stayed here, will definitely stay here in the future.

Worst Management Team on the Planet Worst experience with a Hilton brand hotel in my life. Robin and Mrs Patel are the managers and seem to be dedicated to being hostel towards customers (even those with status). If you have a problem at this hotel you can expect to receive a lecture and no help whatsoever. Do not recommend this place even if it was free.
