Nice place to stay Very comfortable bed and lots of pillows…Had the king suite room with jacuzzi and it was very nice…The staff are always kind and accommodating…Definitely will go back …Also we’ve brought our dogs here and they have a nice pet area to walk and potty the dogs and keep it very clean..

Scammers I had a room booked and paid for,but at checking in was told the rate had gone up and I would have to pay the higher rate ! I would not bother booking a room here the front desk help are not help and seem to trying to scam people . The front desk manager would just go outside and look at the Fireworks not helping the people in side

Great place to stay Great place to stay, A very quiet room. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The sausage and biscuits was very good and warm. Check in and out were very easy. The only issue we had was the internet was not working when we arrived and later it was very slow.

A step above I am a regular BW visitor, with this one standing above my normal stays. Rooms are very spacious, mattresses were firm and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom was super roomy and towels were large and comfortable. We took advantage of the indoor pool, which seemed heated and had the largest spa I had ever seen. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was at 15:30 , our rooms were not ready, but can kinda blame that to people not wanting to work since the government is paying people to stay home and do nothing

If you have another choice, it’s very likely better than this one. Lousy service, lazy employees, things don’t work, and if you stay here and pay for a kitchenette, bring everything you’ll need, except maybe the stove. That worked.
