Quality Inn & Suites Elko

Great quality and comfort! Qualiry Inn in Elko, Nevads has great quality, and very good comfort. My room with 1 queen bed was not huge but it was large enough and had everything I needed. No carpet, and fantastic bedding with a nice fluffy, warm comforter and lots of pillows. Good water pressure and hot water. I recommend!

Awesome night with my Cat! We stayed at the Quality Inn in Elko specifically because we have a pet, a cat; I have found it very hard to find accommodations which allow cats. The Quality Inn was perfect for our needs. It was very quiet, clean and easy to check into. We were there on September 30, 2024 and the gal who checked us in was extremely pleasant as well as friendly. She made the process so simple! The pet rooms are a bit rough with some obvious chew marks from dogs who had Been in the room before. It was very clean though and had everything we needed. When we checked out, I had a charge on my credit card that Nasar ( if I spell his name incorrectly, I apologize!) fixed for us. The cost of a pet is $20 a pet which is a bargain. When we left the room, albeit a bit hairier, with cat litter sprinklings on the floor, I appreciated how much the housekeepers do to keep the rooms clean. We will definitely go there again thanks to the staff as well as confirm of the hotel.

Edge of town Front desk staff was very helpful, quick check in and out process. Two long blocks away from casino. Starbuckl located in casino is 24 hours. Resonable clean room for the price. Small bathroom with limited counter space. Old stain bathtub. Good working room air conditioner. Small, free parking lot, too small for trailer pulling vehicles. Would think about staying here again.

Amazing! Shiann helped us get checked in she was incredibly helpful and nice ! She also carried our bags into our room and recommended a restaurant for the night! Will definitely return!!!

Hotel kept my hundred dollar Pet deposit and is taking three weeks to try to recover and they will not return it to me Absolutely do not stay here. First of all their trains That run directly by the hotel they’re very loud and ran all early morning hours. The manager is from India it is The rudest person I’ve ever met. I only stayed one night. There’s garbage all around the property. I didn’t feel safe. I didn’t feel like my belongings in my vehicle were safe. I had to give $100 pet deposit for any damages. When I checked out, of course my dog did nothing. It is going on over three weeks now to get my hundred dollars back. I’ve called the manager four times. I called corporate three times they keep saying it’s issued back on my credit card but after three weeks, I have not seen the hundred dollars. This is a scam. This is a hostage of my money. If you’re traveling with a pet here, don’t do it. They’re gonna take out $100 and not return it to you. My dog did no damages to the room. There’s no reason why they should not return my money. Do not stay here.
