Great place to stay Had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn. Prior to arrival, I received a wonderful welcoming text. Upon arrival, was greeted by friendly staff. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. There was a wonderful variety for morning breakfast. Upon departure, staff again were accommodating ensuring I received a grab and go breakfast as my flight was quite early. Recommend when in this area of NY.

RIP OFF I booked a Hilton Advance Purchase for 7/20 to 7/22/24. We arrived at the Hampton Inn, White Plains/Tarrytown at around 4 pm on 7/20. We were in our room for about an hour when we had an emergency call and had to return home. I spoke to Christina at the front desk and she checked us out. I asked if I could be refunded at least for 7/21 night. She said I had to call Hilton Advance Purchase. I did and they told me I have to speak to the manager at the hotel. I called the Manager named Adam and he told me he would call me back by the end of the day and never did. I called several times and he was not available and I left a voice mail. I spoke to Amera and she said she would call me back by 3pm and never did. I don't think it's fair or good public relations that even though I paid in full at the time of the booking that i couldn't be refunded at least for the one night I wasn't even there. The total price was $483.97 and I was only there an hour and they could not refund any of our money. We book at Hilton's or Hampton Inns all the time. I was told it was at the discretion of the hotel manager. We're seniors and he could not even call me back and explain to me why he couldn't refund at least partially. I think that's awful and would never stay there again or any Hilton...Like there giving you a bargain...it seems quite costly to me almost $500.00 dollars.

UNFAIR I booked a Hilton Advance Purchase for 7/20 to 7/22/24. We arrived at the Hampton Inn, White Plains/Tarrytown at around 4pm on 7/20. We were in our room for approximately ONE hour when we received an emergency phone call and had to return home. I spoke to Christina at the front desk and she checked us out. I asked if I could be refunded any of our money, which we paid in advance $483.97. She told me to call Hilton Advance Purchase. I did call and they said I had to speak to the manager at the hotel. I think it’s awful and I will never book at a Hilton hotel again. They act like it’s a bargain price i don’t think so at $242.00 a night.

Class D Hampton Inn Class D Hampton. Old, in need of complete renovation. Badly patched paint. Outdoor pool not usable, closed in the middle of summer. If you sit on the room small toilet you cannot close the door. Sofa pillows worn, dirty. Bed pillows skinny and worn out. Room desk chair swivel wobbles. Good location on Route 119. Breakfast ok- the best part of our stay.

Just okay Hotel was mostly clean. Very outdated though. Sad breakfast options - no fruit, eggs, butter, cereal, yogurt. Basically they had very little options for breakfast. Hoping just a supply chain issue. It filled the need for a bed but that’s about it. The little staff we saw was pleasant.
