Closed breakfast early When we arrived at 530 pm I had checked in on line and we were supposed to have a first floor room. We were told none were available. I had to ask for our diamond status water. There was no dinner or drink service. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. Bathroom small. Lights and outlets did not work on right side of bed. I did not realize about the lamp outlet and my phone and watch did not charge. When we went down at 910am for breakfast that was supposed to end at 10am, everything was put away. The attendant forgot it was Sunday. We had to wait for him to bring everything out and make some fresh eggs and bacon. He did not have potatoes. The oatmeal you could cut with a knife so he added hot water. We had to ask for them to refill the coffee urn. Buffet was the only choice unlike all other HGI we have stayed at which had a limited alacart menu with items the diamond credit covers. Next time we will go back to the DTC HGI.

This is by far the worst Hilton Garden Inn I’ve ever stayed at I was on a work trip for 12 nights and after night 5 decided to check-out early. Hotel rooms are dirty, run down, with uncomfortable worn out beds and loud air conditioners. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, but in the five nights there my room was serviced once. On the second day of my room not being serviced, I asked the front desk and rather than getting an apology or correction, I was treated with rudeness. The next day, after not getting the room cleaned during the day, I asked again and just got an apathetic response from the manager who was at the front desk. While towels were brought up, it was too late. I called and booked another hotel in the area for the rest of my work trip. As I left, the manager was unapologetic and passive aggressively charged me for the night as it was in the afternoon and they wouldn’t be able to clean the room and place it into service. I brought up the fact the hotel has a satisfaction guranteee, the manager told me that did not like my demeanor, refused to check out the room, and did not print receipts when requested. Including this stay, I’ve spent 40 nights so far at Hilton properties this year so far and have never been treated with such disrespect anywhere. My coworker traveling on the same trip left the next day to avoid being charged after having the same issues with the hotel. The breakfast is $18, bar is open a few hours each night, but there is no food service in the evenings and not much walking distance. There are much better hotels in the area that are cleaner and offer more amenities at the same price point.

Really more a Motel 6 then a Hilton Brand property. Find another location. This HGI should really be a Motel 6. Staff was really just disinterested in helping, the room was not very clean, really worn down, bad smell from bathroom that never was really addressed, NO water pressure (<--- Told them to address during stay). HGI's are great hotels when maintained, but this one has not been. Watch for the sneaky parking charges.

DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel said breakfast included and then only offer a Buffett $19 a person and said cook to order is only available sometimes. Said pool and then no pool. I booked a king suite room online and then they said they don’t even have king suites here. We had to switch rooms because the sink leaked a huge puddle on the floor. Then I forgot my $40 pillow and purple pillowcase in the room. Went to front desk that night and she went up and looked and said it wasn’t there. She said she would ask housekeeping and get back to me. I asked the next morning and he said nobody had it and they couldn’t find it. So I found a housekeeper myself and they let me in the room and it was right there on the bed!!! This is ridiculous considering lucky it was only a pillow but my property and could be considered theft. Next the rooms and hotel are not clean and tiles in the elevators are cracked and the ice machines are extremely outdated. The air conditioner runs all night but doesn’t cool and is EXTREMELY loud!! They also tell us the charge $3.95 a night for self parking which said nothing about online! And it is their own parking lot which is nowhere near packed and should not be paid! I paid for Hilton honors name and expect the standards high and customer service way better than this for the Hilton name

Horrible and gets worse every visit I have been going to this hotel since it was built, my office is right across the street. But the last year has been horrifying. First, they only offer a nasty breakfast buffet with cold eggs and nothing fancy for $16. No other options. You can't get a bowl of oatmeal. This changed after new management recently. They were closed the ENTIRE month of July due to the football team renting the whole place. So I planned a business trip in August and another in Sept, only to find the bar AND restaurant were still closed (due to computer issues, with is bull). Having no car, there is one other dining option behind the hotel, Hacienda, which has also taken a nose dive in quality. I booked my next trip outside of the tech area and will have to uber to work vs walk.... a pain but I can't stay there anymore. The new management has ruined this hotel. Such a shame.
