J. B From a Days inn to Clarion Pointe, you can definitely tell that they have put a lot of money in the renovations. With all new furniture, beds in the bedrooms. To the lobby furniture, breakfast, and the nice lovely electric fireplace. I'll definitely stay here again.

Honestly, kinda dumpy. Would not recommend. Pros: -Pet friendly -Great front desk staff -Lobby, hallways and exterior are all nicely renovated -Really comfortable mattress and pillows (I did get an excellent night’s sleep) -Great location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby -Breakfast was pretty solid, I liked the bagels and muffins Cons: -Room didn’t appear fully cleaned, particularly the air conditioning unit. We tried to clean off the AC ourselves but it kept shooting out dust the whole stay. -Baggage carts were so mangled they were barely usable -Elevators are in bad shape and seemingly struggle to operate -Bizarre room layout (why is the light switch for the bathroom near the front door? why is the sink not located in the bathroom?) -Internet speed is sub-broadband (approximately 6 mbps upload and download) defeating the purpose of having a chromcast-capable TV -Bathroom fan was not functional

Plenty of better options nearby Disappointing. Reserved a king. Empty lot, empty hotel and yet no King rooms “cleaned” I travel every week for work and expect much more from a Clarion Pointe. This is easily the worst I’ve been to, in 10 years. Run down, mismanaged and owners haven’t invested enough to raise this from Days Inn quality. Maybe I’ll try it again in a year or so and see if they’ve turned it around. It’s really sad.

Nice Hotel The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were able to deliver a special request to our room quickly and promptly. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Will Definitely Stay Here Again.

Don’t lose these employees!!! The front desk person, Paul, was outstanding. He had reviewed the incoming guest list prior to taking his shift and when we came in he knew our names! Mind blown. He also came to our room and fixed our tv because we couldn’t get the audio to work. Don’t lose this employee!!! He was THE best!!! Our morning front desk person, Saiteja, was also sooo kind. He refilled the orange juice machine as soon as I mentioned it was low with a smile on his face and a warm demeanor.
