Can not recommend We stayed two nights but had I seen the cockroaches sooner, we would've been out of there. The bathroom floor was warped, so the door dragged badly, making it a workout to open or close. The sink faucet dripped. The plaster showed signs of water damage. The lamp (and outlet) by the desk did not work. There was no housekeeping service. The elevator worked sporadically. On the plus side, it was quiet, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was sufficient. I booked here because I was trying to save money on this trip, but it's true: you get what you pay for. Will never return.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS Booked a jacuzzi room a month in advance as it was just a one night stayover for shopping in Erie and my back could use the jets after a long day of walking around. When we arrived we were given a room with no jacuzzi. When i returned to the front desk, to inform them of the error i was told there were no jacuzzi rooms available. I showed confirmation of my booking and she said all of the jacuzzi rooms were being upgraded and thus not available. I asked why i was not informed of this prior to my arrival since clearly this "upgrade" was planned and the only offer was to cancel with no fee. Cancel at 8 pm on Saturday night and book elsewhere? what kind of option is that? Returning to the room, we were greeted by 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and bedding that was torn. Breakfast was acceptable but that was the only thing acceptable. I am done with Wyndam in general and La Quinta Erie forever!

Dirty room, unkept and run-down property. Don’t stay here. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms including quite a few La Quinta’s…..this was the filthiest room I have ever been in. Dusty, stained/torn sheets, dirty carpet, moldy/mildewed shower and in general, gross. Basic cleanliness is just not a thing here, felt filthy the entire night.

Rundown and overpriced for it This is the second Wyndham property I've stayed at over the past three weeks -- neither were my choice -- and I think at this point in time, I need to break up with the Wyndham chain. While the last hotel was creepy and bizarre, this one was old and run down. The carpet was stained and worn. Multiple room doors had paint damage. Tile floors were buckled, handles were missing from closets, one of the bedside lamps' switch was broken. There was nothing in the bathroom sink to plug it or prevent loss; a look down showed someone prior to me had lost a toothpaste cap. Glad that's all it was since I almost lost a prescription bottle of eye drops down it. The ice machines on the first two floors were out of service, the elevator wasn't working reliably (ADA issues, anyone?), there was at least one active leak in the ceiling and plaster on the floor right off the entry. At least clean it up. Sheesh. The wi-fi was anything BUT high speed. The bed was slanted left to right; I'm not sure how I didn't fall out. In short, Wyndham is charging double what I'd consider paying for a rundown hotel. In other words: I'll stay in a rundown hotel if I know in advance what I'm getting. A hotel can be run down but still show signs that it's being run well. I can't say that for this property. Also? This is the second Wyndham in a row where I've had ADA issues and a lack of green/sustainability awareness and yeah. Time to break up with this hotel chain.

Cockroaches in the room Cockroaches in the room and the mattress was worn. Sink was clogged with whisker hair. Nasty! Front desk didn't seem to care.
