No EV charging but good otherwise. I would have to be really finnicky to find any real faults here. The rooms seem to have been recently remodeled, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was not terrible, with real OJ and good coffee. Oh, chargers for EVs, like ours, would have been GREATLY appreciated, so the absence is a demerit. Apart from that, for us, it worked well.

Noisy, disorganized For a small town in relative vicinity of San Diego, it is a okay place to spend your night! Pros: 1.comfortable beds. 2. Friendly front desk 3. Nice pool 4. Ok breakfast. 5. Clean room Cons: 1. WC; broken flushing system 2. Extremely noisy, even beyond midnight! The front desk won't even care 3. Pool was supposed to be closed at 10 pm but people were using the pool and pool area screaming and yelling late at night. 4. Pricy 300$ a night 5. Horrible lay out of the enterance to the hotel. Hard and unsafe to drive pass the long queue for In/Out to arrive at the hotel.

Perfect except one issue Great hotel overall. Stayed there as part of a youth basketball tournament. Room was outstanding except for one missing piece. We were in a one bedroom suite, but there is no door between the bedroom and living area. During one evening I was trying to get rest in the bedroom with blackout curtains down, but with my family in the living area I could not make it dark as they had their window partially open. I know it is the smallest issue, but this is the first suite I have ever stayed in without a door between the rooms. Well worth the stay and I would gladly return.

Worst Customer service ever!!!!! Deserve no stars!!! Me: Good Morning, I’m emailing to complain about your customer service. Your front office lady was extremely RUDE! We came in to check in early and said that out card had declined. Which was an issue on the banks end. Sherill said because that issue she could not give us our check in. That’s absolutely ridiculous! Your hotel should of contacted us immediately to find out about they payment. Sherill continue to argue with me. Very unprofessional and told me I was RUDE! You have all my information to contact me so I don’t understand what the issues was why you couldn’t pick up the phone or send me an email like the prior ones. Then Sherill said there was no one to contact me. That’s completely untrue because you have all my information. So she just lied to me. Holiday Inn: Thank you for your email. Let me first apologize for the inconvenience we might have caused you. We ask for the credit card to guarantee the reservation, and if the credit card we have on file does not work, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation. I understand that when you came back the reservation was cancelled, however we have a room that we can check into but refused to take it. Due to the reservation being cancelled, you had to travel back home. I understand your situation and frustrations. At this point, all I can do is apologize for all the inconvenience, and also for the attitude of my front desk, and her customer service. I will make sure to talk to Sherill and reprimand her for her actions towards you. To show my sincerity, I will deposit 15,000 points to your IHG rewards account for the inconvenience we caused you. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you and again I apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful evening! Sincerely, Janice Correa Me: Hi Janice, Here’s the thing she ran a new card for room at 10:30 am and room had not been canceled. She said the transaction was completed. She LIED AGAIN! She completely played off as she did but didn’t. I told my husband there was not transaction on our card. Is that your policy too? For your employees to act like they ran a card but didn’t? I guess that’s your policy too. We told her we would NOT be back to the hotel till 10 pm that night. She said it wouldn’t be problem! Well it was a problem when I went back at 10 tried to check in and you CANCELED my reservation. I called 23 times! 23 and not one picked up your phones to notify you that we would not being checking in till 10. Least I tried to contact you as you failed to contact me. So please tell me exactly why it was canceled if there was no problem? I don’t want an excuse. Own up that your employee SHERILL took actions into her own hands. I would like you bosses name and information since you seem to think this was addressed! I called you corporation that night since I had two children that had to drive home an hour and a half away at 10 pm at night. That’s okay I guess to you but not to me. I don’t want your points I want results! If you cannot be providing me with your bosses information or do better I will be contacting the corporation again. Oh not to mention when we tried to check but in your night receptions and security guard thought this was funny! Holiday Inn: Again, I totally understand your frustrations. Our phone line is down, and I don't work weekends, and that is why I was only able to reply to your email today. I know that apologizing to you will not make this right. If I may ask, what results are you looking for? I am trying to make this right, and if you don't want the points, that is fine. Please feel free to contact the corporate again. Thank you! Me: You still didn’t answer my questions? Why was my room was canceled! My result is to have her fired! Never have I dealt with the disrespect I did! I’m glad Janice you are okay with running a business that way. Who cares if your phone lines were down. You emailed me a million times about my reservation. You even sent me a email about my check out. Are you kidding me???

Decent hotel for the area Overall, this hotel was pretty nice. It's obviously an older facility, but appears to have had some renovations done. The room was very spacious with a desk, nice closet, microwave, small refrigerator, and pretty good internet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was okay. Our desk chair was broken and didn't adjust for the height and the phone in the room didn't work. They have a complimentary breakfast which was pretty good. Not a great place but not a bad one either.
