Great Stay at Hampton Inn Estero FGCU I had the pleasure of working with Dalton Bruno to plan a room block for a convention that me and 21 other people were attending. He was very thorough and quick to get back to me on reserving our block. The hotel has been renovated very nicely, the staff from Jaylah at the front desk, to the kitchen staff getting everything perfect for a nice hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the Estero Florida area anytime soon.

Not the type of customer appreciation or service I’ve come to expect Very disappointed as a Diamond member using reward points at your property. I had two reservations, one for two nights and another back-to-back for one more night. I confirmed with the front desk the morning of the that I was staying on the second reservation in the same room, and asked the room to be serviced. First, when I arrived to night I requested a bottle of water and the young lady at the desk refused without a respectful tone. I asked again saying I’m a loyal Diamond member here for three nights and would just like a bottle. Her response was, “I cannot, the cameras are watching”. Seriously. Should I be upset with the attitude, our poor, fear based training? Second, I got to my room and it had not been serviced. I’ve been at the highest loyalty level with Hilton for many years and never been this disappointed.

60th Birthday Celebration The Hampton Inn never fails! We arrived a bit early and were hoping our rooms were ready since we had to freshen up for the "party bus". We were greeted by Stefan at the front desk who was extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms were ready and we checked in. He was courteous and efficient. Kudos to him. We found the rooms to be very clean. Everyone associated with the Hampton Inn were smiling! What a pleasure doing business with a cheery group of people. Thank you so much!!

STAY AWAY - BIG SECURITY CONCERN BIG SECURITY CONCERN - we arrived at about 11 pm after a family reunion, I walked into a room with MY KIDS and found a man sleeping in one of the beds, he jumped out and closed the door. The lady at the front desk knocked and asked him what was he doing there, he screamed YOU ASSIGNED ME TO THIS ROOM! She apologized and gave us another room, but our key did not work so she went upstairs and opened it for us. 1HR later someone knocked asking if we checked in...? we were able to go to bed at about 2 a.m. At 6 the phone rings, what are we doing in that room that should be empty?? At 7:30 a.m. housekeeping knocked asking why the room was occupied. At this point, I was screaming already. We were not able to SLEEP!!! our kids were so upset! On our way back from Breakfast the room did not open, it was still set up to the original room and it was working!!! the room in our mobile app was still the 1st one, my husband stopped at the front desk and Housekeeping had to open the door. we tried to take a nap before leaving but housekeeping KNOCKED AGAIN!!!!!! ASKING WHAT WE WERE DOING THERE, I shouted in the hallway and explained everything again! When we checked out we requested a call back from the manager. The next morning (Monday) we called the hotel, but the manager was not available, and the same on the PM. We filed a complaint with Hilton, they opened a case number, this was 10/2 we still have not heard back from them.... The hotel was not bad for the area, had a decent breakfast but Security, when I travel, is something I do not mess with.
