Quality Inn & Suites near Lake Eufaula

My worst hotel experience EVER in 64 years! DON'T STAY HERE! Room one had black mold in the bathroom, TV down, stains on carpet. They had us change to another room, carry our stuff a good way. It had baseboards falling off, dirt on bathroom door, black hair in our bed, loud construction!

crappy place to stay met with a rude desk clerk. and while the room was relatively clean we did find an unknown bug in the bed. there was no latch on the door, which had a huge gap when closed. I will definitely NEVER stay here again. we only selected this motel because it has queen beds and closer to our destination.

Thumbs down! One word sums it up….Awful! We could not find anything that we thought was good. From the beginning when we checked in with a person that was not friendly or helpful to the 2nd floor room he gave us where we had to haul all our luggage up two flights. Will not stay here again!

Don't even consider it! An absolute pit! The bed sheets had hundreds of holes in them. The bottoms of the furniture were rotten, most likely from the hotel being flooded at some point. The clothes hanger bar & ironing board hanger were rusty - another indication of prior flooding. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and stank. The owner, Mr. Mahesh Patel, responded to my review on his hotel chain's website blaming the problems on housekeeping. He said: "Sorry to say we had a new house keeper but we already changed." Ha! I imagine it's very easy for derelict hotel owners to blame their housekeepers. This hotel needs a wrecking ball.

Never again! We stayed at the Quality Inn in Eufaula, Al. on October 11, 2023. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When checking into the room we noticed all the exterior trash cans were overflowing and were still that way when we left the next day. When we entered the room we could see the base of the entertainment center was chewed up. There was mold on the curtains and the bathroom walls and ceiling. There was also mold all over the base of the floor lamp. The carpet was terribly stained. When we checked the bathroom, the toilet seat was cracked and would pinch you when you sat on it. The A/C was very noisy and we had to wedge a chair against it to keep it from rattling all night. Ther were people outside the rooms that were smoking and cursing. The entrance to the hotel was also filthy, so I didn't even bother going for the breakfast the next day. I have never had a bad experience at a Quality Inn like this before. Just nasty
