Great place, friendly staff! Would absolutely stay here again. My boyfriend and I stayed here while we were securing our apartment in Eugene and could not be happier with the friendly service we received throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and understanding to our ever-changing plans. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean! I loved its location so close to the downtown area. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Downtown convenience to shopping eating and walking I had an extra day in Eugene and stayed at this very clean and quiet inn right on 6th ave.close to train station and downtown. They were power washing the sidewalks of the inn when I arrived and still power washing when I left.. over the top cleanliness in every way! Bed was comfortable, WiFi was good, microwave and refrigerator and parking on site! I would stay here again. I have gold status at Marriott and this was equally as nice and half the price for a downtown hotel!

Disgusting Contractor staying here, paid cash and was also charged on Credit Card Owner came to Room after Ten O'CLOCK asking for payment and called shortly after. Personal Stuff Disappeared, phone wire and Prescription Cream. Was looking for a outlet and found these Nasty Needles behind Night Stand.

Basic but fine I’ve stayed here many times. It’s basic but clean and centrally located. I like that I can park in front of the room with no stairs or elevator to get to my room. Breakfast is minimal but there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Closest to the Hult This hidden gem is only 2 blocks from the Hult and easy walking distance to everywhere downtown. A little timeworn but clean and cozy. We prefer not to drive when we go out on the town and drinking may be involved (well, OK...drinking WILL be involved) so this place is perfect
