Road trip Me and my husband stayed here while going on a roadtrip! We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and spacious! The staff was just incredible! I really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool! It was such a fun experience to stay here! I would recommend it to anyone who’s driving by in the area!

We would Stay here Again I was looking at a totally different hotel when my husband pulled into the parking lot of this hotel. We were both very Happy he did! When I checked in, the clerk couldn’t find my name, because I never bothered to change it after my divorce, it was to much of a hassle for me __‍♀️_. The girl at the desk said she could open a new one for me and it wouldn’t take any time at all. By the time I was checked in, I had a new account and rewards number! The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we pass through Evanston.

They get your bank info from Booking.com and take your money even after the reservation is cancelled. I booked on line and then decided to cancel. I did so on booking.com and received an email stating that the booking was cancelled, I would be charged nothing, and I had to do nothing more. I did not go to the hotel but they got by bank card info from booking.com and charged me the full price for the room. They have since refused to give me a refund.

Wonderful Stopover (Last night of a two-week cross-country prayer journey) Clean room, nice high end design, such a comfortable bed, such restful sleep, nice breakfast if wanted, nice staff, basically everything you'd hope for. I really enjoyed my stay (during a snow storm, Was going to drive straight through by digital highway signs warned of bad weather, extreme tipover danger, blowing snow, and black ice after 8 PM that evening till late the next day. Was unsure whether to stop over, but as I came into Evanston, big snowflake began falling and darkness was coming on. So glad I stayed.
