Very comfortable at the Comfort Inn and Suites of Evanville Indiana. I pulled up to the Comfort Inn and walked up to the desk, A very nice, polite, professional looking young lady took care of me. I parked and went to my room. Very neat, clean, well appointed , a hair dryer on the wall, an iron and ironing board in the armoire with hangers to hang your clothes. Most motels I've stayed at lately were bare bones and higher priced. You can't go wrong staying here, you'll be pleased.

Large facility - small rooms. This is a nice hotel. It is showing some wear in the carpeting and other flooring. They do have a very nice breakfast every morning. The room that we had was very small. But the worst part was the size of the bathroom. You had to stand between the toilet and the tub in order to close the door from the inside. The toilet was so close to the wall that you could not use it comfortably. You basically had to go into the main room to pull up your pants.

Horrible experience If you book with 3rd party GOOD LUCK! Was waiting an hour on the phone with Expedia and my bank to only find out the problem I knew from the beginning. (Front desk wasn't charging accidental fee correctly) The front desk doesn't know how to work their system. How do you get charged and expect to stay @ a hotel and uppon arrival be told there's nothing I can do. Call Expedia. GET a refund.

Get what you pay for! Average stay. Thankfully no bugs. Breakfast was not good, but the Denny’s has a walking path straight from the hotel. Our first rooms A/C didn’t work after the first night. Before leaving at 9:30am, letting them know we won’t be back until 8pm, we told them about it. Came back to the front desk saying it was fixed. Went up to our room, which was on the 4th floor. Didn’t work, still at 75°, although the thermostat was set to 67°. They did give us a new room, but instead of a king size bed for the two of us, they gave us two twin size beds. The room was about 5 doors down, which was annoying going back and fourth to get all our bags, especially at 10pm when we wanted to go to bed. The shower curtain had holes in it, in both our rooms. The beds were clean and in our first room, the bed was so comfortable. Sad that we didn’t get a bed like the first room. They were repainting, so the walls in the hallway looked terrible, and nobody was actually painting. Also, there’s no A/C in the building, so the hallways are muggy. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they did look nice! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Not the cleanest...... I want to start off by saying, staff was great! From the front desk to the hard working man and women during breakfast time! All very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Now, as far as the hotel and the rooms. They can use improvement. Rooms were very dark, even with all the lights on. Carpet was not clean or maintained. I had other issues about my room like toe nail clippings (that was NOT mine) on the carpet, my desk had sticky syrup all over it and rings of coffee from the last coffee cup that sat on it, proving it was not wiped at all. Mold in the tile floor and shower wall. Hair on my comforter. All stuff that showed me the room was not all that clean. I get that the workers has to do many rooms in a short period of time, but that should not excuse the fact of not cleaning properly. Which is a BIG DEAL to me when it comes to where I choose to sleep. I didn't complain cuz I wasn't sure how good it would do, plus, the hotel was booked, so I just went with it. Again, staff was great, not the rooms.
