Well worth a visit. We stayed this week. Exceptionally nice place. The rooms are what you’d expect of a Hampton, very large and well equipped but not new. The great thing here is the staff and the breakfast. The staff was so friendly and genuinely eager to help. The breakfast was a delicious egg omelet as well as a host of other things. The lady who prepares the breakfast was on site and you could tell she was proud of her preparations.

Lovely staff, enjoyable stay. Every single member of staff we came into contact with couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Truly the nicest people. We stayed 2 nights with our dog and found the rooms to be clean, the free breakfast had a good variety of options and there was a refrigerator at reception with free bottled water and snacks. It was a good central location for the trips we had planned. We would definitely stay again.

On of the worst hotels I’ve been to. There is absolutely one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Our first room had an un-made bed. This is a very old hotel. The furniture is scratched up. The water has a metallic smell and taste. The fruit at breakfast was old and slimy. There is very little staff working. The hotel has a musty smell. I highly recommend to not stay here.

Highly recommend We have stayed at this Hampton several times over the years on our way to the OBX. We were extremely satisfied with our stay once again. Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, room was clean and smelled clean. The water definitely has a strange Sulphur smell, I wouldn't drink it but I showered in it and it was fine. The breakfast was well stocked, the breakfast crew was so nice. Overall I give it a 5 because I don't think its their fault the water smells funky.

Quiet, Comfortable and clean Excellent location for a trip up the coast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay here again in the future. Had issues with the TV and they did their best to fix. They even offered to move my room, but it was ok with me with the TV.
