Hostile environment. They don't understand what a paying customer/guest means. I was harassed by front desk Sammie because of my disability and asking for a reasonable accommodation which is a protected activity under the Americans With Disabilities Act. The sales manager and maintenance assistant laughed at me while she did it. Very humiliating because i am paying customer and paid money for my room very frustrating. Sammie also said that if other guests were smoking meth or weed in the rooms the smoke detectors would go off. The first room I was given the TV was broken and I was moved to another room close to guests who smoke weed and meth. Both maintenance employees were hostile and threatening too. One guest who looks like a addict was very hostile and giving me dirty looks which is why i was concerned about the location of my room. Very uncomfortable and humiliating. It's very common for hotel industry employees to harass and bully people who they perceive and weak, vulnerable and isolated (like people with disabilities). I was bullied very badly growing up from people like Sammie because of my disability. I had some very cruel and sadistic things done to me by people like her and then they turn and around and deny it and deflect it and play the victim. Very frustrating that I paid money and I'm a Hilton Honors member and I'm treated like this but it's OK for other tenants to smoke weed etc in their rooms and they get a pat on the back. They will most definitely retaliate against me because of this review. Because that's what people like Sammie and the other staff members do when the bully and harass people with disabilities.

Beyond Expectations! A perfect stay! I was unfamiliar with this brand so I was a little reticent in booking at Spark by Hilton. I also had the option of staying at Hampton Inn, Residence Inn, and Fairfield within spitting distance. The low price and super reviews by others were the biggest draws. I took the plunge and stayed there for one night. Based on a positive experience, I would return without hesitation. It is brand-new, bright, and airy. It is a minimalist hotel with functional furniture. Everything can be wiped down so the entire place sparkles. The bedroom was huge with two queen-sized beds. It, too, was bright clean, and airy. Breakfast was a bagel bar. There were bagels, assorted toppings, muffins, and yogurt. Coffee, tea, and juice. It was more than sufficient because I do not like to travel with a heavy stomach which makes me groggy. The staff was nice. Clean, lovely, and great value. No complaints!

Great price for our hotel room. Clean rooms. We stayed here with my family. Got 2 rooms that connected and we were very happy. Nice big TVs that you can control from your phone. Everything was super clean and we got early check in. Wished they had a pool but for the price I am not complaining.

Worst Hotel This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They over charged me, couldn't figure out how to correct it, the staff was very rude, and they did not honor the room confirmation that I had. I am still trying to correct the extra charges to my account. The staff here doesn't call back to resolve the matter. I highly recommend staying anywhere else than here. It is a headache that isn't needed.
