Low cost rooms available & in the right place Stayed while attending Hanvention in Xenia. Older tired property typical of many off brand budget motels. Room was reasonably clean & adequate with fridge, microwave, wifi for our 3 day stay. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Parking was free & easy. Pleasantly surprised by decent small local places to eat nearby.

Watch out At first I saw this place was dated but overlooked that since they had a pool. I wish I didn't. What I found it a Manager that abuses staff and customers while allowing drug use to the extent of people being passed out outside. I hope this place will learn how be respectful and responsible but think due to financial issues that will only excellerate the problem.

Bugs There were cockroaches and black mold in the tub the hotel itself seemed ok for what it was and the price was good but bugs not for me. The staff were nice and the deposit was cheap as well which made it more affordable as well

Adequate and economical The room I stayed in was okay, but needed some updating and improvements. Room did have a microwave, refrigerator, iron, iron board and hair dryer. TV was an old style CRT type but worked ok. HBO was available. Room was clean and neat. I would stay here again.

Old but ok I just wanted a 6 hr stopover and last minute deal worked for me .. this place is very old looking.. receptionist was very nice and helpful.. but the hallway and beds are not so comfortable, but still I could adjust for 6 hrs.. it’s a very OK place.. only coffee available.. no breakfast.
