Excellent hotel for value. This hotel spent a lot of money upgrading rooms, lobby areas, hallways, and exterior. I do an enormous amount of business travel and have found that this is one of the most well appointed hotels for the money. Ther bedding and chairs in the room are clean and comfortable. WIFI is very fast. The tvs have recently been upgraded and offer regualr cable service, but now also have several streaming apps and youtube. You also have a Starbucks and several restaurants within a short walk. -Frank S.

Nice mid range hotel near Washington DC This hotel is located in Fairfax on one of the main roads leading to Washington DC. Very convenient for visiting the DC area. Plenty of dining options close by. The building is relatively old, but clean and modern. We had no problems, everything worked as expected, the area is somewhat quiet, despite being on a main road.

Clean and Fresh I picked the slightly larger room. My stay was for one night while some construction work was done on my house. Room - Clean and fresh looking. Very quiet. Staff - Very nice and helpful. Breakfast - Limited but good oatmeal. It was basic but the hotel isn't large. They offered eggs, breads, juice and yogurt .... Location - Easy walk to a few places to eat. Bed - Comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Everything was white so no hiding any stains. I also fell asleep on the sofa while watching TV. Bathroom - Big shower. Bright and clean. I would stay again and recommend it. (My girlfriend stayed there with her dog and recommended it to me.)

THE place to stay in Fairfax. This is the kind of hotal you want on your journey. Everything is new or refurbished. A wonderful place to stay. Clean, modern, nice breakfast, spacious room. Can't find fault with anything. That's saying something. A little higher priced than most of our stays, but it was well worth th price.

Yvonne- Theworst costumer service person/ service I travel year round across Virginia for work. I stayerd for 4 nights and my experience in this hotel has been by far the worst. The morning manager Yvonne was horrible, so rude, pretending she was busy typing and dismissing my request- zero people skills. She will only smile and help white men. She wanted to charge money for water bottle. I am a silver member so I can have water for free. Only one service person was kind, always smiling- Doris she clean the liking fridge in my room at my arrival. The rest of the service help when requested towel would ignore me and instead of assisting me they were in the breakfast room serving themselves oatmeal. The evening manager were very kind and the apologize for the sour experience with the morning manager- Yvonne and her cleaning crew, however I was never offered a compensation- such as point or a free snack. I will never stay at this hotel. I am normally traveling to this area 2 to 3 times a year and I stay a week at the time.
