Recommended Our room was nice and clean, including the bathroom. We got in super late, but there was someone friendly there to check us in. My only nitpick was "cheese omelettes" that didn't have any cheese. Whatever. It's a nice hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

Great customer service I’ve been coming to this location for over five years and I don’t do reviews but Carolina gave me exemplary service. A employee is the direct contact with the customers and they ultimately influence customers to come back to their business. She made me feel welcome and she was professional. I felt she went above and beyond. Good job Carolina. I appreciate you.

ACCUSED and CHARGED $200 for 3 pillows. ACCUSED and CHARGED $200 for 3 pillows. On Thursday morning I personally placed them into the housekeeper black pop-up linen bin while the older gentleman housekeeper got us more towels. We did not get new pillows from the front desk because honestly we didn't need them and we were leaving the next morning. The hotel is refusing to remove the charge.

Great Experience Managed to mess up my date of stay and management was so kind to help me get it corrected. Our arrival was welcomed and the young lady was great to explain everything. Room was very clean and in perfect order. Bed was comfy, plenty of outlets for our various chargers, Wi-Fi was great, and my favorite thing about the Holiday Inn Express…plenty of lighting in the room! The hot breakfast was great as well. Plenty of variety of hot and cold choices. I would definitely stay here again. There was not one single negative in our stay here! Job well done!

Very disappointed I made a reservation after I saw they accepted Service Animals and called to make sure that they would allow my wife's Emotional Support dog. We arrived to check in, but were told they would not allow wife's dog to stay. The clerk was very friendly and apologized, bit we still had to find anther hotel.
