A good night’s sleep The check in was easy. It’s a small town and there’s not much there, so it’s probably the best hotel you will find. Breakfast was good, shower was hot and strong and the bed was comfy. The area is quiet - a lot of boaters stay there. I actually stayed twice and would go back.

Decent budget motel/hotel Stayed here for one night on a road trip. Had a couple issues with the first room we were issued. One issue turned out to be a silly mistake on our part, but the second issue was rectified properly by the manager on duty. If memory serves, her name was ?Brandy? (she had a ponytail) and was super cool about everything. Room was about what one can expect for a hotel at that price point and breakfast was fine. No major issues with the lodging and staff is excellent.

A new life for the old Red Roof We stayed at this motel a few years back when it was a Red Roof, and not much has changed. For the price, decent rooms, a decent continental breakfast with waffles, and an overall positive experience. Yes, it does need some updating, but not a big deal for us. We had a first floor room, so we could go out the back door directly to our vehicle, which is great for loading and unloading. We actually booked a room here for our return trip back home.

Very Poor Hotel Biggest issue is if you book through a 3rd party your not getting a refund. The description is very misleading, Choice Hotels shoukd be ashamed. I really don't know where to start, this hotel is so run down it should be shut. We just reminded ourselves we would be there 12hrs and most of them we would be sleeping room walls, patio doors and bathroom all dirty and grubby. Toilet seat and shower head broken, top bed spread and carpets dirty. No ice available either. No cereal at breakfast either, suspect homeless people stay there as the school bus collected kids. Couldn't locate the receptionist, she was outside on her phone.
