Mixed The Good: Bed was comfortable and staff were really nice and helpful. Grandkids liked the pool. I tested the water and it was good. Did not use or test the hot tub. Shower was adequate and pressure was good. The Bad: The heater is 8 inches from the bed so every time it kicks in during the night it blows on you and wakes you up. Not a good nights rest. Also have never seen bedding with so many large holes in them. Was horrible. The elevator only holds two people and there is only one so that was not fun either. Because of the heater I could not stay here again.

If I were to say impressive.... I would be lying. Hotel on the decline.... soon to be the next super 8. It used to be such an impressive clean place but has really gone downhill. With the lack of important amenities... made me question what exactly my money was paying for... No business center, no breakfast, out of order hot tub (in fitness center) no light weeknight appetizers ... Not to mention that it costs more than when it had those amenities. Room was gross with smudges on cupboards and mirrors, fresh finger nail clippings in a pile next to the sink, something stinky like maple syrup on the kitchen floor, dust every where, mismatched light bulbs in bedroom, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, trash in the garbage under the skin, dirty loose toliet . Overall, the hotel has lost the charm it used to have. Very disappointed by that.

Average- needs an upgrade Booked for $200/night and I expected more for the price. The hotel is average at best. We checked in and the room was clean-ish. The bathroom walls were dirty and the tub was clearly not cleaned properly. This was visibly noted once I showered the next day and the water wouldn’t drain. One of the lights was also burnt out. The beds were comfortable and clean. The AC worked fine but once the fan shut off it squeaked really loudly it woke you up. You would have to keep the fan running consistently in order to sleep. The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing and while we were allowed to go to the hotel next door, the jets didn’t work. The furniture was scratched up including the couch. Stains on the carpet as well. Door wouldn’t open properly and I had to turn the latch upwards to open the door. Breakfast was disappointing. There were notes on the tables indicating they will be going away with breakfast but will do their best to still provide. I wish this was stated on the website. It was all carbs both days- bread, waffles, muffins, cereal and donuts. No yogurt, bacon, eggs or anything warm minus the waffles. There was fruit at the front desk area that looked to be on the way to rotting. The worst part was the halls smelled like weed and the walls were paper thin. I heard and woke up several times from people just speaking next door and hearing someone walk around directly above. It clearly states no smoking so why is weed allowed? Would I stay here again? No- unless it was last resort. It could definitely use renovation and upgrade. Maybe a fresh coat of paint even. Simple things like paint, cleaning the walls, bathtubs and even checking drainage would definitely help. Don’t go away with breakfast. Staff were friendly and pleasant and check in/out was a breeze. The full size fridge was excellent and parking was perfect.

Very unsettling I would not recommend staying here. While it is a nice hotel, nice rooms, well kept, they charged us an additional $200.00 because they believe we used cigarettes in our room during our stay. We don't smoke, we have never smoked, but management would not budge on this extra charge. Buyer beware before renting here.
