Baymont by Wyndham Fargo

About the worst place I've ever stayed! The other one was a Days Inn by Wyndham. No more Wyndham properties for me. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Where to start... I was in town for a class reunion. Another classmate said they were staying here so I booked it. Even though I booked through priceline they wanted my phone number which I gave and then my email address which I didn't give. I hate places that data mine and sure enough that is what they did. I received a text right away. Too bad everything else about this place in antiquated. Quickly here are the bad things: Desk clerk was rude and had no interest in really helping me. Toilet seat. Small, round with with a recessed center. To small/not enough room in front for a man to be able to sit and fit everything in that needs to be to accomplish the goal. Also, there wasn't enough room between the seat and the toilet tank, to it was a self closing seat. You had to hold the seat up while standing to use the toilet, otherwise it would close. The desk in the room was about 6-8 inches in front of the bathroom door. There was a hair ball on top of the shower enclosure The carpet was stained and loose with a hump in it Internet speed was 2.69 Mbps when I first checked. I checked later in the evening and it dropped to less than 1 Mbps. At that point they shouldn't even offer wifi. The faucet for the bathroom sink leaks The only ice machine is all the way across the hotel and when you release the ice button, the ice keeps coming out. The carpet in front of it was soaked and they had a garbage can to catch the ice coming out. Breakfast: You need your room key to enter. The only hot offering is the make it yourself waffles. I saw a hot plate so I asked the desk if there were other hot foods. They said I could have toast or oatmeal. My classmate mentioned that they ran out of eggs the morning before just as they arrived. Thy don't even have the crockpot full of Sam's Club biscuits and sausage gravy. The instant coffee was out. All you got was hot water. The 5 gallon water dispenser was also empty. I could keep going, but I'm sure you get the picture by now.

DONT STAY HERE -SCAMMERS were blamed and charged for a toilet that was running all night.. 300$ on top of stay.., tried to get help, they brought towels and a plunger.. the carpet was totally soaked. got kicked out of the hotel by LOYD SIMPSON.. made complaint to franchise office

I would not recommend staying here. This property was in very poor condition. We couldn’t find any hotel openings except this one, and now we know why. This property needs to be completely re-done before any more guests stay here.

Poor continental breakfast No real continental breakfast they had waffles with no syrup, only apples and over ripe bananas. Cold cereal

Unsatisfactory Too many questions, how much more can we possibly say! Hotel was very understaffed! Overall, poor stay and uncomfortable. Pool room was unsafe and should have probably been closed and stated during booking! Should have been told it was out of order!
