If WiFi is important go elsewhere. Never got consistent WiFi. The phone would connect at the front desk and lose signal before i could walk to the room. The front desk manager even walked to the room with me to verify what was happening. She rebooted their router multiple times to no avail. Not her fault as she tried but… WiFi began working g intermittently about 8 pm. Connect drop connect drop. Beds comfy. Tv works. Plenty of outlets. One lamp was plugged in but doesn’t work. Note: this is a two story hotel without elevator but we had first floor room so ok. Breakfast is toast waffles eggs green bananas muffins. No protein, not even peanut butter. I wish more places had dairy free milk instead of a choice between 2 percent and whole.

Go somewhere else How did this hotel get a 4 out of 5 rating? More importantly, how can they get away with charging $150/night for this dump? We had no choice but to stay in Farmington for one night and the only decent hotels were over $200/night. This property likely hasn't had any updates or upgrades since the 90s. Everything looks worn and used past its useful life. Chain link fencing has holes and gaps, not at all making one feel safe parking their car behind the building. Most egregious to me was the mattress cover. It probably hasn't been replaced in 20 years and looks as though a honey badger shredded it. What the heck, you're charging $150/night and can't be bothered to replace a $20 mattress cover? Bathroom also hasn't been updated in forever. Tile and ceiling drywall have been patched and not very well. Will never stay here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE! Rented 4 rooms for my employees that were there to do work. Received photos of roaches walking up the walls and on the lampshades. Had to move them to another hotel. Then when i called and complained it took 3 hours on the phone with Expedia to get half my money back. Windows boarded up, Prostitutes, and roaches. Not a good place to stay! i would stay away. Read another review that they take these reviews seriously well from what my people experienced they havent listened to or done anything to try and correct these issues. This place is a DUMP!

Room no Cleaned. I stayed here for 1 night and when I picked up the remote for the TV it had BBQ sauce (at least I hope that is what it was) on it. The remote is probably the most handled item in the room and it was obvious that it was not even looked at, much less cleaned by the maid. Since COVID hit I thought more attention would be paid to this but not at this place. I will NOT be going back to this hotel since it is obvious they do not clean there rooms the way they should be cleaned.

Go elsewhere We have been staying here for over 20 years, at least once a year as we have relatives living here. We will NOT be staying here again. In our room the shear curtain was ripped, top to bottom. The black out curtain had a rip in it. The breakfast was the worse we have had after a week of traveling. There was no meat-only eggs, potatoes and green chile sauce for the hot items. There was no fresh fruit, no peanut butter and limited bread items.
