Always get a receipt! The hotel as a whole was good. However, I had originally booked for 3 nights for my son and he checked out early (only stayed 2 nights) but was charged for all 3 nights. He told the front desk he was checking out early but did not get a receipt when he left. Now the hotel tells me without a receipt they can’t credit me the last night. I like the Comfort Suites brand but will probably look somewhere else next time.

Rip off…rude…nasty…noisy…broken down Hotel staff incompetent on how to do reservations when you use a third party like hotels.com & make you feel inferior for using them! Miss-charges your card & argues with you about it! Their customer service is terrible & front desk will hang up on you & refuse to answer when you call back about disputes for charges. Hot tub out of commission (no warning before staying or at check in)—pool is murky & filthy—elevator stayed out of order (I’m disabled & we were on 3rd floor!)—very noisy with kids running up & down hall hollering…will NEVER stay here again or with a Comfort Inn again! STAY AWAY!!!

Double Charge Since staying at this location in September 2022, there has been three attempts to remove money off of my credit card. The stay was paid in full with a receipt emailed to me, I also received a copy at the front desk. The problem started when we checked out. I received a notice that a extra 150.00 dollars had been charged to our account for smoking. We called and talked to management and they said the cleaning staff had stated we smoked in the room, so the extra charge. We don't smoke, and my husband has worked for hotels before and there was no cleaning staff doing rooms at 8 in the morning on our floor. I felt like I was in the 80's when we had to get the management to check our room because we were black. We learned then to be prepared for anything. I didn't want to write this review but I'm tried of dealing with them. I've called the 800 number I've called the hotel directly, still my card get hit. Someone please tell me what to do, I had to close a account because of craziness.

Mattress smells like someone died on it.. So, the title of this review might sound dramatic, but never EVER in my life have I smelled something like this. I travel for work about half of the year, so i’ve been in plenty hotels, although i usually stay in another chain. This is what was available tonight. After getting clean and finishing work, I laid down in the bed closest to the bathroom. After a few minutes of getting comfy and moving the comforter, a smell hit my nose that immediately made me feel nauseous.. This rotten, decay type smell. I thought maybe I was just imagining things as I’m tired, so I stayed for a little while longer. After moving around the smell hit me again, strong and undeniable. So i hopped up and looked at the sheets.. nothing strange there. Interesting. I noticed the smell was clinging to my body, as well. Gross. So i lifted up the sheets to see if the mattress protector was nasty. Nope. Just fine. Weird. Finally, I lifted up the mattress protector to find a *massive* rust stain covering the mattress. Most of the entire thing. I gagged. The smell is overwhelming. This is an extremely disturbing and disgusting situation. A mattress with a stain with a smell permeating both a relatively thick mattress protector, and sheets, all the way clinging to another person is just NOT okay, in any way. A giant stain on a public bed that may or may not be decaying bodily fluids; I’m not even sure what to say. I’m a little in shock, at the moment. Housekeeping knows this is here. Why would you leave this mattress in a room. Stay away from this place. Totally vile.
