Never Again!!! My brother and I had reservations here for one night with two rooms. When we arrived to check-in we were informed that since we lived within a 50 mile radius of the hotel we had to pay a $100 CASH deposit for each room. I, by the way, live in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and my home is 46 miles from this Sleep Inn (according to Google Maps). I am a Choice Privileges Diamond Member and have stayed at hundreds of Choice Hotels all over the nation. And, in fact, I have stayed well over 1,000 nights at Choice Hotels over the past many years. Additionally, I have stayed at this property without incident at least four times in the last 24 months. But never again!!! I have never been so angry. I am totally okay with deposits, and pay refundable deposits by credit card often, but I have never been asked to pay such a deposit IN CASH. I, like many travelers, do not carry much cash when traveling for business or pleasure. After waiting while the desk clerk phoned the manager, we were finally allowed to pay our deposit by credit card. By then, however, the damage to two loyal Choice Hotel guests was done. This was a pretty upsetting welcome to two dignified business travelers who will next time stay elsewhere. Also, in fact, we were not even welcomed and "thanked for being Diamond Members of Choice Privileges," a greeting that you generally receive at the brand's better hotels.

Their policy is to Double charge Pillows and bed was great. Friendly staff. No frig or microwave only a shower very basic However, they charged us twice and said it was their policy. 127 TWICE! Found out when I looked at my bank account. Definitely not worth it. I have read other reviews where they have charged extra "fees" to others. They will give you a paper to initial. Read it carefully!

The best part of the trip Tracee Sleeping had the best safety and comfort in any hotel I have ever stayed at I am blessed to have chosen this hotel the people that atmosphere the breakfast everything was amazing thank you Tracee @ Sleep inn of Fayetteville Arkansas

Travelers Beware Front desk stole $195. off my debit card. We checked out yesterday and didn't see the extra charge until this morning. Called hotel and clerk said it was an "event fee" since we stayed in the hotel the weekend of an Arkansas Razorback football game. We went to Fayetteville for a cycling _ race. She said they would look into it in 10 days but that it was on the check in paperwork. No. It was not on the check in paperwork which I have a copy of. They charged this $195.00 to my debit card before we even checked in. Called Choice Hotels to resolve and agent out me on hold. Was on hold an hour and then was disconnected. Finally gave up and filed a dispute with Mastercard. Traveler beware and do not give this hotel a debit or credit card number.

Paint smell, minimal breakfast We booked for an overnight stay during transit. The first level was being painted and we could smell paint strongly in the hallway and the smell crept into the room as well. Bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. Definitely not sleep inn quality If you are renovating a floor make sure to not rent out the floor during the peak of renovations. Will not recommend
