HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE Numerous horrible issues..Parking lot has ongoing drug deals, prostitution, used condoms. The police are out there every other day to harass or arrest someone. To start with, I was over charged $100. I made a reservation for 2 occupants and when the other party did not show, they refused to amend the reservation to 1 occupant. They harassed me a 65 yr old senior to the point, I had no other choice than to move 2 days early with no refund for the unused days. The Sophia C review that said there was ejaculate on the walls was correct. Mine wall at the front door had the same stains. This is an extended stay hotel of last resort just before homelessness...DO NOT GO HERE.

Displeased Be aware you have to have federal id to stay here, That is for every guest. I didn't see inside property it was behind locked doors. Property on out side and hallway looked unkept and unclean. Manger was not willing to work with me at all.

It was the jizz covered walls for me. If you enjoy waking up to weird smells, jizz stained walls, and bath towels not even an average sized person can put around them. Then this is the spot for you! Join me as I tell you the story of a lovely extended stay..... Between the front desk lady continuously giving off nasty looks and being completely rude when asking for ANYTHING, the sketchy outdoors where everyone's smoking something. This place is really quite the hidden gem. The pillows suck, the beds are awful and the only positive note is that we left. People walking around barefoot in the elevators, smells that are un-identifiable, the laundry facility is SOO gross and the machines are not clean at all, only like 2 work, as the others were filled with leftover paper-towels or something. The dryer didn't even fully dry a load, but I just had to move along. The GM was nice, and was able to accommodate to an extent. I get it, short staffed and COVID times, but we are all in it together. As an extended stay, even for the price there should be a lot more accommodations, but instead of accommodating it was like asking for a miracle. I am all about being kind when someone has bad days, but this is more of a chronic hatred towards people in general. Definitely up there with one of the worst places to stay. So if this sounds like the luxury you are looking for, you've come to the right spot. There is no coffee maker, you get two towels and that's it, unless you pay for the turn over service you do yourself. You get a random ass cutting board, like what?? The AC is just so not working right, the window is broken so even if you want to let fresh air in, you can't. The fridge is stained and nasty. I could go on with this additional perks of this luxury spot, you get the idea. Go somewhere else.....

Bad experience for me Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. That’s why I give 2 stars instead of one. Front desk was never open it seemed and when she was, the woman running the place rude and unprofessional. One of rooms my worker was in had roaches. Elevator had wet spot on rug that smelled like dog urine. Dogs barking and pretty rowdy until past my bedtime

Not a good experence at WoodSpring Suites Fayetteville, AR Was not warned that this is not a regular hotel but an extended stay facility. Upon arrival there were vagrant people out front, waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, although rooms were clean had NO coffee pot, no ice, no iron or ironing board, no pictures on walls, no breakfast or even a breakfast area. Had laminate flooring, no carpet, refrigerator made a noise, although had kitchenette no cooking or eating utensils provided, water in sink did not work, hotel worker had to come fix "no signal" on TV, animals allowed as we heard barking all night, no safety bars in bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner provided, instructions to go to front desk for clean towels, sign said they cleaned rooms every two weeks, and even worse were the weird people standing around outside near the front door smoking later saw one of them pan handeling at a nearby intersection. BAD EXPERIENCE, NOT TOLD BY CHOICE RESERVATIONS THAT THIS WAS AN EXTENDED STAY FACILITY.
