Red Roof Inn & Suites Fayetteville – Fort Bragg

Don’t do it!!! I booked this hotel for my husband for his out of town trip for work. The pictures are great but as we all know, pictures, just don’t do justice! He told me the floors didn’t look like they were cleaned in months, and there were German roaches, crawling all over the bathroom, and then a were in his luggage this morning before he checked out! I called the hotel last night when he told me about the roaches, and spoke to Britney, who told me to hold on a moment, and never came back to the phone. and when I called back four more times, she never answered! So I took it upon myself to block my number, so then she picked the phone right up by then I was beyond mad and I yelled at her, telling her that I was going to post this everywhere on every site that I can get to because no one needs to pay to sleep in a Filthy roach infested hotel! How does hotel got? A very good rating is beyond me unless people just love German roaches all over their stuff! I honestly think the staff is writing good reviews just to keep them up so people come to stay. ___

Miserable, horrible, disgusting If not the nastiest hotel it's a close 2nd, this hotel is invested with roaches, I took pics,recorded of these conditions, along with the TV barely hanging on the wall with a 2-4inch wide portion across entire top of TV unviewable.I notified manager/owner, was told of full refund haven't seen a dime, it's been a week, left messages, called etc but every time he's not there, expecting him(Sonny manager/owner) any minute or I just missed him!!! Save your money, sleep in your car or the streets, it's cleaner!!!

The worst experience that I have ever had in a hotel. Would never go back. Bad conditions/awful business practices. I checked in around 11:30 p.m. hoping to get some sleep. Hotel had old beat up dingy look. Carpet worn. Room was beat up, old, and did not look like their nice website pictures. Lots of smudges on mirror/TV. There was lingering marijuana smoke inside hotel and loud club music right below my window. At 3:00 a.m. approximately 6-8 police cruisers came to the club with loud sirens waking me up after sleeping only 2 hours. I left around 3:30 a.m. and drove home exhausted. I asked for a refund when checking out and was told to call back for a manager. When I did an individual identifying herself as the manager promised a refund within 3 business days. When the refund did not come I called back a few days later and was told that the person I spoke with previously was not a manager but a new employee, and there would be no refund. When I referenced the folio that the previous “manager-employee” sent me, the manager said that it had been sent from her personal email account. He did not apologize for that or anything else, was argumentative, and provided very poor customer service.

Save your $$ or Sleep in your Car This motel is beyond tired..not the cleanest, and the furniture must have come from a dumpster. They do not know the meaning of Maintenance. First of all, we did not have a light in the bathroom and there was only one overworked clerk at the desk who was the only person staffing this whole place...So she could not change the light bulb, and did not have one. So it is lucky no one fell trying to use a bathroom in the dark! Unacceptable. Secondly we were told there would not be a charge for our small dog and we were charged $10... Please save your time and money and do not entertaining staying in this poorly maintained motel....It is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at...I will not elaborate more as this is enough to skip this place. I forgot to add, the chair at the desk was broken. it was tilted to the left...and I couldn't sit on it and the couch was filthy.

Nothing really good around here, but I'd try something else. Dingy and dirty. Not attractive at all. I thought we were entering a prison when we walked into the lobby. Dirty bathroom, peeling paint. Crummy breakfast. Do better. That wasn't enough characters so now I get to complain some more. You think that would have sufficed.
