Outstanding stay. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to give special thanks and accolades to everyone here. We travel quite a bit, and have had good service before. But this hotel had exceptional service. In a world where no one wants to talk to people, and service has gone out the window in much of our lives, this hotel went above and beyond current service standards. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers to the maintenance to the breakfast staff was amazing. Very welcoming and professional. Thank you for the outstanding stay, we will be back.

Avoid at all costs or pay all costs The photos of the rooms online are misleading, our room was dreary and upon arrival there was no hot water. Management is colder than their shower water. We had an unfortunate scheduling error and we’re charged for the previous night despite making the reservation very late that same evening. After pleading and explaining not only did they not care they did nothing to accommodate nor honor the lower rate. The shower spicket was halfway broken as well for my cold shower. Overall extremely upset with how management handled the situation.

Family Reunion This was a great experience for me. Everyone I encountered at the desk was helpful and professional. Vanessa was exceptional in helping me work out my reservation. She took care of everything and all was well. She went over and above. Please give her a raise.

Short but Comfortable Evening Arrived at the hotel very late on our way back to NJ. We only stayed here for about 7 hours but our stay was comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast in the morning is also very much appreciated. The area felt safe and would go back in the future. Very nice staff.

Loud Party, Unconcerned Staff Stayed while traveling through the are. LOUD PARTY ALL NIGHT LONG. Violent fight. Hotel did not stop the noise after multiple calls from multiple people throughout the night. I wish I had called 911
