Sweet suite We stayed here for 5 days to attend a family reunion and this hotel was a great place to lay your head at the end of the day. We had a one bedroom suite, the bed and linens were clean and comfy. The kitchen with studio size appliances was great for storing and reheating leftovers from the Cracker Barrel restaurant located in walking distance from the hotel. The use of space in this suite was done well, we never felt on top of each other the whole time we stayed. The only downside was that the pool was closed, but understandable since the pool deck was small and it would have been hard to socially distance during COVID. But they could have maybe done what their sister property next door had done which was have reservation slots (1 hour) for families to use the pool?? Since we are paying full price for the hotel all amenities should be available even if we were to make a reservation with the sister hotel next door. Besides this small hiccup, which the staff really has no control over, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay here again.

Super Friendly Staff and clean rooms The entire staff is super friendly and always available to answer any questions and help in any way! The housekeeping staff also does an amazing job at cleaning and it always smells super fresh! I stay at this hotel for two weeks, every two weeks for over a year now and I’ve never had a problem.

Nice...but front desk person acted like a drill sergeant... Arrived at 2 PM to a locked front door..met by young woman who promptly and authoritatively told me check in was at 3 PM and not before. She then told me to come back at 3 PM. Went for a ride and returned at 3 PM to a lovely welcome by another front desk person. Had a 2 BR unit that was clean. Tried to reset the clock to the correct time and found the clock all the way down the cord to the plug covered by some very sticky goo...like semi dried honey. Also the second bedroom was minus a Television. The room and dishes were clean and tidy. I’ve never encountered a more confrontational person at any Marriott front desk. But this is Fort Bragg area with many former soldiers and NCO’s. As a Titanium member with many choices, probably won’t return here.
