Decent place to stay Very average hotel. Comfortable beds. Three floors. They have a working elevator, ice machine on the first floor, coin operated laundry, and a pool. They offer a grab and go breakfast which consists of a granola bar, yogurt and orange juice. There is coffee in the lobby.

Worst customer service of all time... doesn't even rank a feed back number. After booking room with third party found there was no hot water, and no breakfast that was advertised. after discussing with front desk it was agreed to have refund, when trying to get the refund from 3rd party they requested document from hotel. when i called back to get this sent to me they changed there mind and offered 50% which they said they already submitted but I did not receive. I asked if he was the owner/manager his reply was "maybe i am, maybe i am not". so I said the only choice i had was to sleep in my car to which he responded " maybe you should have". This was the ultimate of worst customer service, Thank God it was only one night! points card destroyed !!!!

Boderline Abusive Leaving here, I felt bad for the staff who were fairly nice, and you could see they were trying their best. But the reason for this poor review comes from an encounter with "the boss," who showed up at my room door at 4:30 in the afternoon, knocking as if he were a cop and I were a criminal. My 5-year-old son, my 8-year-old daughter, and I felt nothing short of scared about this guy with a Super 8 shirt on who was shouting "WHAT the HELL is going on here?" Um, excuse me? I must have looked confused because STAFF was yelling at me and my kids, not a truck driver (no disrespect intended). Yelling at me and my kids, I said, "if there is a problem with me, someone else, like a manager, shoud really be dealing with me, because I don't want to be confronted by someone I don't know but who is representing the company. It's not normal behavior, is it?" So he threatened me with "you'll see what happens next." Again, excuse me? Short of filing a police report, I shut the door and front desk shuffled us to another room (which I notice was a more expensive charge on my credit card) and that was that. When I crossed paths with this jerk in the hallway, you could see him puff out his chest like he bigger and badder and deserving of some kind of respect, so.... this guy who is one of the sons of the owners, lives on the third floor. Stay clear away from him as he obviously has anger management issues and could snap at any time, for any reason, and I wouldn't be suprised if there is no follow up to this, because I have already seen it, haven't I? They don't care about the bad reviews . . . . I'm leaving this here for travellers.

Got conformation and when we showed up they had no room for us. Treated poorly Called the hotel directly the day before and got a conformation email for 1 pet friendly room. Was asked for credit card to hold the room. Told them we would be arriving about 8:30 pm. When we arrived we were told there is no room for us and they have no record. I showed them the conformation email and was told no room. So I asked for manager was told he was the only person to talk to. Asked for the person who took our reservation he said no. Asked for owners name was told no.told me to leave. So I called the cops and got case number.reporting fraud tomorrow. And the were others waiting for there rooms to be cleaned at 9:30pm

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY Awful experience. Went to the pool and when we came back to the room, my olaplex shampoo and conditioner as well as some beauty products just missing. Weird hm? Would not recommend staying here or trusting this place.
