Beds and towels not clean We checked in late in the evening, check in was okay. We were given our room number and proceeded to our room. When we opened the door we were hit with a heat wave. The beds were nicely made. We were tired and ready for bed. We had a room with two queens and 4 people. My granddaughter pulled down the sheets on her bed and it was wrinkled and appeared to be slept in. She found black hair and crumbs. I then pulled down my sheets and found the sheets appeared to be slept on, sand or dirt, black hair and marks on the sheets. Neither bed had been changed. We proceeded to the bathroom area to find dirty towels, only 2 shower towels for 4 people, one of which was dirty brown, the other did look clean. The hand towel and wash cloth at the sink wear also brown and dirty looking. It was late and we were very tired after driving several hours so we pulled up the top sheet and used blankets and our own pillows we had in the car. I would not recommend the Hotel to anyone.

DONT STAY HERE! Our room was in terrible condition. The walls filthy, drapes dirty, holes in walls, poor patch job on the bathroom door. It looked like someone tried to kick in the front door. The air conditioner vents must never get cleaned (gross) and unit falling off wall. The furniture old and beat up. The tub looked like it had permanent dirt stains, and it was seriously corroded. They were skimpy on the towels (1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, and two bath towels). They were thin and gray. There was a down pour of rain. I went to the front desk to see if I could get a towel to wipe up the water we had tracked into the room on the floor. The desk clerk was reluctant to give me a towel. He said, “I can only give you a dirty towel.” I was like I don’t care; I just want to wipe up the water on the hard wood floor! My wife and I reluctantly decided to stay. We both agreed this will be our LAST Super 8 that we will ever stay in. After a rough night sleep on a lumpy mattress, we went to get coffee and see what was on the menu. This was the worst breakfast that I’ve seen at ANY of your motels. There was toast (white and wheat), granola bars, and cereal period. There was a tub of country crock butter, two almost empty jars of grape and strawberry jelly. Every motel that I have ever stayed in has individually packaged butter, and jelly for health and safety reasons. Clearly the owner watches his pennies. The sheets and towels were clean. When my wife was in bed, she noticed cigarette burn holes in the very thin blanket. The outside trash cans overflowing with garbage.

Beware of Bed Bugs!!! I woke up covered in bug bites after staying at this hotel. Just now leaving the doctor’s office and they confirmed the bites are from bed bugs. When I called the front desk to inform them, the receptionist accused me of lying. Apparently, she thinks she knows better than a medical professional. I have contacted corporate and will also be notifying the health department about this. This ordeal is costing me a doctor’s visit, a day of work, and additional expenses at the laundromat. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The cheap price is not worth the money you’ll end up spending on the aftermath.
